Willie helped me find and grab the perfect blinds for my home and it was quick and easy!

We asked for suggestions of contractors and Audrey gave us some numbers. She was friendly and kind. Good experience with her.

Shoutout to Donny for helping me get the most for my dollar. Unfortunately my tools were stolen, and Donny made sure I’d get the most for what I spent. EJ was great at the Register as well. Overall great team.

Every time I go into this store it is always a good experience

Got freezer home and unboxed ! Lo and behold it had been dropped totally crushed on one side ! Returned it no one ever came to help unload or reload new one .

My wife bought Me a few items for My birthday that just passed. Due to her losing everything, her head if it wasn't attached, she didn't have our receipt. When she entered the store, she was treated with An Aggressive Hostility she said and for no good reason whatsoever. Then they refused to make a return which she spent almost $200.00 of our hard earned $$ on. Horrible. Not going back to the store at all until this is fixed. I'll be keeping paint sprayer in my garage unharmed and in box new until contacted.

With a big storm coming in and a badly built driveway that tends to flood and the possibility of a power outage shutting off our pump, I really appreciated that they had a good supply of quality sandbags and that they filled them outside in the parking lot for me! Being able to find the sandbags and then also get them filled was a lifesaver! The employees were patient, hard working, and helpful.

Sergio S. is the man! He went above and beyond helping me with my lumber DIY project when I visited this store after work on 8/16/23 . I wouldn't have been able to get what I needed from the store, nor would I have been able to solve the problem I was trying to solve. Thanks, Sergio. All your help worked perfectly when I applied your guidance at home.

Got everything needed for our home

This is a standard home depot store. Their selection is normal, their cleanliness is normal, I really wish they would put their self check out back and I really really wish they would hire some people who wanted to work there. Remember when there were more "orange aprons" than patrons in the aisles? And every employee knew what they were talking about in their department? Well, now, I swear the employees dodge the customers and they don't know a screwdriver from a dishwasher. They are so rude too! Especially the customer service and cashiers! How can they employ people who don't even greet you or tell you your total. The entire exchange is "hi" ... scans items...waits for you to insert card or hand over receipt (without tell you the total) the "bye" That's not service at all! I would rather do it myself at self check out but instead Home Depot forces me to wait in line and interact with their rude employees. PASS!

Down through my years living in the city of Corona, California (19+ Years), Home Depot has pretty much 'CAME THROUGH' for me (95+%) with me Home Project 'needs' a many Many times!! I've been Saved a 'Countless Number of Times' by Home Depot (Home equipment needs)!! "Thank you to the 'Utmost', Amen!! :) ;)

I asked for store manager, Stephen claimed to be the store manager. He was rude and condescending. I will not recommend this store in fact I will share to go somewhere else. I asked several times if he was the store manager and they all said yes. He didn’t mind losing out on the $4,000 sale so guess that store doesn’t need my business! He scoffed at having a service animal. He didn’t want to honor a military discount. He was just completely rude and wasted my time! No customer service! I’d recommend all the Eagle Glen residents make the drive to the Eastvale store where they have excellent customer service!

Jessica from customer service helped me out so much I had to return an item I didn’t even up needing after all and it went so smoothly and easy, she was very sweet and welcoming !

We purchased 3 appliances from HD and felt the customer service was excellent. Verlene was very helpful and knowledgeable about the products.

I was super impressed by the knowledge Lee Barnes had about refrigerators. He was able to answer all our questions and was very helpful on suggesting things and pointing out all the different features each one had. very importantly he gave us space to make our decision and was not pushy to buy.

Janette took time to help me in self checkout. And even helped coach me on a sale price reduction if I added additional quantity of air filters. Made my day. Thank you Janette! So great to see excellent customer service up close.
