Everyone stands around talking to each other and when you ask a question they act like you are bothering them and they just spurt out isle numbers instead of helping. Was also made to move truck and trailer from the loading zone when we were trying to get doors etc. The other people were not made to move and when I asked why I was told because they don't speak English when they did. Then when asked for there name was lied too and wouldn't show me there name badge. They stood around eating instead of working. Just horrible service a the way around. Plus there inventory of doors were damaged.

I had a very pleasant experience on my last trip to Home Depot. I found everything I needed it quickly with help from asking the employees help. They were very friendly and accommodating.

My visit to this store was the best ever because of the way I was treated by ASHLEY, the gal at the self checkout. She treated me like a VIP and professionally guided me through the checkout process !!!

I spent an hour walking the store with multiple items in mind. Several employees offered assistance and were very polite/helpful. Checkout was quick and supportive.

I bought a 4 door refrigerator and the delivery was great. Hooked everything up and made sure the water dispencer worked before leaving. instructed me to drain 2 gallons of water before using and check the ice cube maker in an hour. Very thorough.

Sabrina was most helpful in helping me design the cabinets I needed!

First, when you walk through the door, you can be near guaranteed to be harassed immediately for various services. Second, when you attempt to find the things you need, it is guaranteed that half or more of those aisles will be blocked and have loaders in them. Weekends, when you have to run in on your day off, they especially like to block the aisles you need to enter. Third, if you can actually get into an aisle, you can almost guarantee it won't have sufficient stock in what you're looking for. Fourth, if you need to ask an employee a question about a product, there's a good chance they have no idea. Finally, when you go to checkout, its all you and you being watched like a hawk to ensure you are scanning every item in your cart. Forget a friendly face helping you check out...its all you now since they eliminated cashiers for the everyday customer. Oh and good luck getting in and out of the poorly designed parking lot. Do your self a favor and shop online, and if you have a technical question, go to a smaller hardware store for real advice.

When I did the self check out, there was a group of employees talking among themselves. They did not help me nor see me. If they were paying attention they would have seen I checked out. When I walked pass them, I had to produce a receipt. They employee did not even thank me for shopping there. I did not feel valued. Glad these employees are getting a pay check to hang out.

Associate Nicki in garden shop went above and beyond expectation to help me find items in different departments. I will seek her out if I need assistance again at this location.

I recently went to The Home Depot on Skyline needing an emergency replacement for my garbage disposal. Manager Kyle came to my rescue and went above and beyond to help me select and purchase my Insinkerator 3/4 HP, and then helped me to my car with it since I'm post-op. He was just so open to assisting me and lending some kindness when I really needed it. I'll be back, Kyle!

I’d rather spend my time here rather than going to any store at the mall! I could shop here for hours just browsing around to get ideas. Not only am I pleased with the products, but I am pleased with the service. The employees are always so helpful not just in finding products but giving ideas. I love being there so much I get lost in the time! I go there a couple of times a month for ideas or buying products sometimes both. Home Depot is definitely helping me turn my house into “My Home”.

PURCHAASED PLUMBING PRODUCTS AND HAD PLEANTY OF HELP WITH WHAT I NEEDED

Since Covid 19, service and inventory in most retail stores has declined . I am happy to report that my SW Cape Coral Home Depot store has been a bright spot for me.

We had a great experience today buying appliances because of our sales associate, Rene! He walked us through the process very patiently and answered all of our questions.

Very happy with the service person on the floor for the products I came specifically for.

3 time I have ordered online purchse for pick up and waited 3-days for the order to be pulled. Ended up cancelling the online order, went to the store and loaded 32-bags of rock by myself onto the cart. No loaders available so had to load the bags into my pick up truckby myself.

We enjoy shopping here and do so often. Prices are what they are however it’s the employees that bring us back time and again. Always greeting you and so helpful. Very informative in regards to whatever project we are doing. I always recommend this store to friends and family…..added bonus is cashier Lisa in the Garden section……always helpful and smiling!

Home Depot on Skyline boulevard always had the supplies on hand for what we needed to recover from hurricane ian. The staff was always helpful and courteous. To me it was quite impressive how they were able to manage the inventory of the store when there was such a large need in the community. The manager of the store did an excellent job anticipating what the next step of recovery would need.

The employees are helpful and exceptional and always happy
