Great lawn mower and blower

Needed Tyvex tape in preparation for incoming storm. Got there after closing time. Tory helped me in my dire need instead of telling me the store was closed.

This is one of the best Home Depot’s I’ve been to. The employees are friendly and willing to help. I was looking for a product that wasn’t where the app said it was, and Larry took the time to find the product for me and even give me some helpful suggestions in the process.

As any good Marine, once given my Christmas list from my wife, my research sent me to Home Depot to complete my Christmas shopping. The Asst. Mgr. greeted me, introduced me to other staff that were going to be assisting me in finding the specific soltions I requested. From that point the positive and customer service-oriented interaction was extremely positive. I know that is going to sound "hokey" but, what impresessed me the most was that I was not "handled, passed-off or treated as if I was an inconvenience". The staff there actually LISTENED to me and addressed my needs, like I was family. My wife is the love of my life and if I'm doing what she wants, I want to know that those I'm asking for assistance with this experience with me understand that is more omportant to me than anything else, the way they would want their family to be treated. The result being a very Merry Christmas for my family and my loyalty to a place that I can trust and be treated as family, thank you.

MY HUBBY & I CAME TO PURCHASE WORKBENCH TABLES BECAUSE IT WAS THE ONLY STORE CLOSE BY THAT HAD THEM IN STOCK. WE WRE AMAIZED BY HOW CLEAN & ORGANIZED THIS LOCATION WAS. ALL THE EPLOYEES WERE VERY WELCOMING & HELPFUL. THE TWO GENTLEMEN THAT HELPED US BRING DOWN OUR ITEMS WERE VERY HELPFUL, THEY EVEN HELPED US LOAD OUR ITEMS TO OUR TRUCK. THANK YOU GUYS SO MUCH.

Great experience buying major appliances this week.

I wish I had thought to do a video on my visit to the store twice had the same cashier, horrible attitude, and Approach. It was my impression that she definitely didn’t care about her job or the customers I’m handicaped, needed help, With something very heavy to bring back into the store and was told I would have to wait until somebody or a lot loader came to work at 9 o’clock and this is at 6:30 AM. If you’re going to open that early should have somebody there that can do that kind of work, and do it happily if not happily, at least enthusiastic about the fact that they have a job. Sad day!

I shop here often, I'm retired and like to build bird nesting boxes as a hobby, I am able to find everything I need at home depot to finnish my projects! the staff are freindly and helpful in all departments. Before I retired, I did a lot of home improvement projects for freinds and family, from hanging ceiling fans to laying cement. Home depot was my go to store for tools equipment and supplies!
