IM LEGALLY BLIND AND I AM IN THIS STORE AT A MINIMUM ONCE A WEEK AND AM ASKED BY AN EMPLOYEE IF I NEED HELP EVEN WHEN I DONT.

The was exactly what I was looking for

Online order was a pick up order for 11 bags of soil, which after an hour from ordering, wasn't ready. I asked 5 employees standing around on their phones if I could pick it up, but they did it might be a "few hours before it's ready"... I got it myself. Flat bed carts were all over the parking lot and I had to go find one myself.

Not only are the flowers and plants bright and vibrant and helpful for the day, Deborah is the best cashier at Home Depot, I will go to her even if I have no garden items. She’s just a very nice person who is so personable. Go to the garden section and say hi to Deborah

I couldn't believe the excellent service I received at the Roseville Home Depot appliance department! Been looking for an upright garage freezer and after being to every other Home Depot store and other appliance stores, a friend told me about the one in Roseville. Met up with the most knowledgeable lady who took me under her wing and didn't stop until she found just what I was looking for!! I couldn't believe her gracious tenacity to look and look and fuss on that computer, get out the measuring tape, explain to me her every step and finally find just what I wanted!!! Can't explain in words all that she did...very knowledgeable, kind and helpful....If you're looking for an appliance, go see Karen W. at the Roseville Home Depot store!!!

Went to Roseville Home Depot to purchase a 3” single wall adapter - website said they had 49 in stock.. after 30 minutes - no adapter - only excuses that inventory and stock is a mess.

Employee over heard confusion of using the balance of a gift card on my phone and correctly walked me thru the transaction.

I have been satisfied with all purchases from this store

Horrible and rude associates who refuse to help load materials and help customers while smoking at the entrance toxifying air in store. This store has gone downhill quick this year. Very disappointing and disrespectful workers and policies.

Cashier Jason refused to assist me with my purchase, until I requested a manager... then was happy to help... please do your job

I had ordered a lot of bags of soil for my raised vegetable garden and the staff there was just excellent babe they brought out three flatbeds of soil for me loaded all in my car thank goodness I had SUV and they were so helpful so polite they want to make sure my car didn't get dirty so they made sure it was covered every time I go to this Roseville store the staff are always so polite and so helpful

I was just talked to like I was an idiot by an employee at this store when I was trying to checkout. I will not go to this store again! Don't shop here if you don't like to be talked down to.

I was greeted and guided to the correct isle/shelf to find the product I was looking for and was pointed out the multi-pack deal even, that saved me money!

Went to grab a Christmas tree, the guys in that area were great! Once we had to go part in the store, not so much. Literally only had self check out open, yet there were a number of employees standing around the customer service area, there were no customers down there. Last time I checked, I’m not employed by Home Depot and prefer to have the choice to use self checkout. The employee told me it was ok because it was quicker than the grocery store.

She went above and beyond to make sure I got what I needed. She took the time to make sure my order was complete and the delivery addresses were correct.

We were very pleased with how quick our visit to Home Depot was - in and out within 45 minutes after looking over the stove we'd seen on-line and talking with salesperson Roger. His excellent knowledge and customer service expedited everything and made it so easy! We were very happy with our Home Depot experience and look forward to our new stove delivery!

Had a crazy issue with a dog door. Both the head cashier and a customer service Rep went WAY above and beyond. Great job Roseville Store.

I had an unusual project that I needed some help with. Trish took time to ask questions to understand my project and then provided excellent help in matching me with the products I needed!

My husband and I are in property management and do the majority of our shopping at this store. We have been shopping at this store for over 15 years. The staff at this store have been grest, especially Customer Service Manager, Edwin. He goes above and beyond to help us with what we need. Edwin is always friendly and very knowledgeable of the store. Thank you Edwin for always saying Hi and seeing what we need. You are the best!

I purchased item on sale but register didn’t ring sale price. Sales associate said it just rang up sale price. Never seen Home Depot do it this way. I think something was screwy with Memorial day sale.

Every worker encountered was polite and offered help without being asked. It was one of the best shopping experiences ever. I will always shop this store first!

I bought a refrigerator which yet to come to my home on 3/3/22.

While the store is usually well stocked, the customer service is greatly lacking in their knowledge of product location. Never enough checkout open and too few floor staff. I almost always have to search aisle after aisle before finally tracking down some help

Doing some exterior electrical work around the house, for my Ring alarm system.

The Roseville store has a broad selection of everything I might need. It's clean. It's familiar to me as a regular HD customer. I enjoy going there.

Special services is rude and treats customers like garbage. Customer service phone answering is destroying HDs business. I will go elsewhere!!!!

After finding a product I had been searching for and waiting 35 minutes for someone to assist us after numerous calls over the over head Rick And Jake from garden,came to our aide. They were very helpful in getting a pallet from the rafters above.

I go there to get things at least once a month, if not more, and they are usually so helpful. People to ask questions to all the time, but today, no one was there to help. I really wish there would have been.

Returns are easy if you purchase by a card because that's all that's needed if you don't have your receipt.
