Recenlty purchased a new riding lawn mower and tow cart. Easy purchase, knowledgable staff and free delivery. Can't beat it.

We come to this location quite often. We always have a great experience. The store is clean and organized. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Would be nice if this store actually opened some checkouts ,all I ever see is SELF CHECKOUT or the contractors checkout. Very disappointing

The employee at the store named Robbie not only helped us find the exact product we need, but also the most economical way to buy it. He was amazing.

Had a paint color match needed for touch up paint. I wish I had taken note of his name, but he was the most helpful individual I have ever experienced at Home Depot. He exuded joy, was happy to be there working, and was more than helpful in ascertaining our needs and giving us top notch suggestions on what product to use. I hope this man is recognized for his amazing customer service and joyful attitude.

We are just moving to Centerton and needed a refrigerator, washer and dryer. Walking through the store looking at a variety of stuff we will need, we were greeted by every employee. The guy in the Appliance department was very helpful in explaining the features of each one. After we made our choice, the purchase went smoothly and fast. He explained the value of the service plan and we decided to add it. The whole experience at this Roger's Store was awesome. We will be back for all our projects for the new house!

Avoid using the installer or buying wood window blinds from Home Depot in Rogers, AR, you will get runaround due to lack of expertise

Superbly friendly team will make rip cuts for you, unlike an unnamed competitor with a blue logo who puts "out of service" stickers on all of their cutting machines. Also, this store is immaculate in terms of cleanliness. Everything seems positive for the right reasons, so I tip my cap to management.

When you have to buy something at Home Depot, try to find Melissa to check you out. Melissa knows the store well and will make your experience much better by providing excellent service and a smiling face! It's always nice to leave the store in a better mood than when I went in. Melissa does this for me.

On my recent visit, and I wish I had gotten her name, the lady at check-out took my items and scanned them, checked me out and gave me my receipt.. all without my even asking, or needed any help. She was the same employee who had greeted me on my way in!

I made 2 trips to Home Depot today! The first for a new kitchen faucet. To my delight there was actually a cashier open! I abhor self-checkouts! Cashier Melissa was so polite, pleasant and said she liked the faucet I purchased. Later in the day I returned to purchase a garbage disposal… this time no cashiers! I was not happy about having to use the self checkout and I was very vocal about it. Devon came over and assisted me and was very polite and friendly, acknowledging my frustrations and helping me. He is an asset to Home Depot and provides excellent customer service! I rang the bell on my exit!

The employees at the Rogers, Arkansas Home Depot are very friendly. I enjoy having conversations with them when checking out, loading ect.

We had a horrible time trying to use store credit cards. Wrong id was scanned which locks the card. Asked for help was told to call the # on the back of the card. There is no number on a store credit card. So a manager tries to help. No luck we are told we will have to wait for 20 min for the card to unlock. I asked to speak to the store manager. It seem that they can’t even resolve the issue. I know the balance of the card. Can’t the manager do a manual overide or something. Just felt absolutely not taken care of.
