The store needs Associates

The checkout staff at that store are always extremely helpful compared to others that I purchase contract subscriptions from and Annette is their shining star! Go see for yourself! She’s the beautiful woman with killer nails and a 5 star personality! Everyone in customer service needs her as a role model.

I wanted to commend Annette for the outstanding service. She was pleasant, and very helpful. Downside was I had to have someone get me a case of filters from another department, because the guy for that department was sick. Bad news for me, because the filters were the correct size, but not the same. It’s possible Hime Depot changed them, and kept the same sku?

Have been coming here for years and it’s apparent the difference in the level of service between them and the competition. Keep up great job!

Cashier watched me struggle scanning my items while she just stood there staring at me. Didn’t offer to help. Terrible store

Excellent customer service from many of the staffers at this store. Ended up with getting 2 out of the three items on my list…. Not bad!

I go.to this because the give a veteran discount at the cashier. I also like Annette one of the cashiers as she is the most friendliest cashier I have use when checking out.

The staff is very capable and friendly . they know their store and can find stuff and answer questions about product. They are dog and veteran friendly.

I had difficulty locating one of the items I was searching for (filter for an Air Care Humidifier). Customer service did an outstanding job in locating the item and having it brought to the CS desk, where she also checked me out! Very friendly, very professional!!!

This was probably the most pleasant checkout experience I've ever had at any store in my 73 years of life!

I was realy concerned about what kind of fasteners to use for a shelf going on 5/8 drywall mounted on metal studs. When the 1st employee wasn't 100% sure, he called over another, and between the two of them, we came up with a great solution

I bought a new water heater this weekend. Great experience from customer service knowledge to checkout process. Above and beyond other big box stores.

Get pay by phone or android/apple pay at registers. Almost 2024 and do no have. Why inconvenience us? All other stores do. Even dollar store i believe meanwhile, one of the largest home improvement stores, does not. I gotta stop shopping home depot. I go out of my way if i ever come to it and ive wasted my time a handful of times. Just because i forgot my wallet. Really? Even the manager cannot help or offer a solution nor accept a resolution from me. Wild.

Found what I needed, but had to ask for help. THANKFULLY, this store had plenty of employees working the floor, so if you need help, they're around. Checkout is fast because they have several self-serve registers as well as full service checkers. Pretty good selection of goods. Highly recommend this store.

When I travel I can always count on the local Home Depot!

My husband and I went into Home depot, as they were the only store that had what we needed in stock. It is a 21 mile trip to the location, but it was well worth it to be able to get the items we needed that day, with out having to order online. Laura was awesome, she even helped grab a few items for us that were at the opposite end. A lot of other staff were giving my Husky cuddles, she even howled when she heard the forklift beeping. It was an awesome experience as usual. We were greeted and assisted from the moment we got in the store, no one was too busy to help us. They went out of their way to make our trip quick and efficient. We will be returning, for all of our home need purchases big or small.

It doesn’t matter what my visit is for l, I always feel seen and heard, and can always ask for help. And when I leave, Annette is usually there to give a friendly send-off. Great store!

I don’t normally shop at Home Depot, but I stopped in today. The young man who checked me out, Caven, was so respectful and kind that it made my day. Kuddos to his parents for raising him right and for Home Depot for hiring him.

I purchased a zero turn and it was a great deal ! The staff at the front desk very helpful!

All the employees I talked to for help were very courteous, professional and provided excellent customer service. I recommend this Home Depot to everyone.

Typically, my experiences at this HD have been unremarkable. But today, Brad helped me get product down off a shelf and proceeded to show me similar prpducts and a sale that saved me hundreds of dollars. Thank you Brad. This was a first for me at the Rockford store.

No matter what our project is or our experience Ms. Annette always brings kindness and a friendly face to our checkout.

This particular Home Depot on East State Street has such an awesome staff regarding their outside garden. They’re always watering the flowers and their plants. They do such a good job of taking care of all those plants and keeping everything in stock. I have purchased sooooo many wonderful greens that come back year after year !

Anytime I have questions it is easy to find an associate who is helpful. The store is well maintained and clean and it is fantastic to see cashiers still, instead of just all self checkout registers. PLEASE keep cashiers on staff!

Our cashier, Annette, went out of her way to show us all the things our grandkids can do on a Saturday and even gave us some kits to do with them. Outstanding cashier!

I can get In and out with close parking, friendly service and best prices. I love my home depot. It's my go to for all my gardening needs as well as hardware and appliances.
