Masic helped me with my purchase and I couldnt ask for a better employee to help me. He took an hour of his day just to help me and was so kind and personable. He deserves a raise!

All I have to say is keep up the great work! Rochester Home Depot is the store I go to!

As service, prices, and availability of what I'm looking for go, I can't think of any time I've been disappointed. I like going to Home Depot to look around and ponder other projects I could do and do them at bargain prices and finding everything in one stop.

I usually go to the website and search what I am looking for so it can tell me exactly what isle it is in. Love that feature

Entering the store had to find someone ask for help from two employees standing there talking about a TV show ask if they could help us they said ya what ya looking for we said hot water heater they said isle 9 ask if they could help us find our products they said isle 9 again then went back to talking about a TV show that's bad customer service off the start so went to isle 9 found hot water heaters and then my friend had to go find another employee to help us he was great but the other two where lazy for sure they need better customer service

Any time I make it to a Home Depot it makes my day . It truly is the happiest place on earth in my opinion

I had a clogged bathroom sink drain, and I received very good service and careful instructions from a gentleman in your plumbing department. I went home and did my very first plumbing task ever. My drain is now completely clean and clear!! And for an 85-year-old woman who has never done anything similar in her life, I didn't have much difficulty following the instructions I was given.

Went in early to get paint for a project I wanted to get done this weekend during the storm. The employee at the service desk greeted us as we walked by then Rene approached and assisted while I was trying to figure out what i needed. Chris M. in the kitchen area was very helpful in the past with my cabinet selections.

At a recent stop at the store in Rochester, several sales associates asked if they could help us. Many times you cannot even find someone to help you in other stores. I just wished that I took note of their names. The store also had a good supply of what we wanted to buy.

Bad experience with paint department. Provided wrong base, and then took nearly an hour to replace. Could not figure out the system, asked me to go another Home Depot. I asked for a manger who was able to assist although it took 20 minutes. Would not recommend for contractors.

Well we’ve well I think we’re prob over $10,000 on the card 1300 in the last week or 2 I do think the delivery guys could use a lil break on their load cause trying to move fast on a timer causes damage n now we gotta change out the fridge again. But stuff happens

I have been going to this store since they opened. They have sat down with me and designed and installed kitchen cabinets for me. They turned out beautiful. The employees have been helpful to me on every project I have attempted and some even remember me when I start a new project. The atmosphere is like the old town hardware store where everyone is helpful and friendly. It’s great.

I was running to Home Depot late night to get some paint. I was going to checkout and forgot my wallet, but remembered I had Apple Pay on my phone! Nope! They don’t take Apple Pay. Lucky there was a Hannafords right next door that took Apple Pay and cash back transactions. So I grabbed cash and ran back to pay but it was $0.75 short. Patricia the cashier didn’t hesitate and grabbed some loose change from her pocket to cover the cost. I know they don’t have Apple Pay, which would be convenient, but Patricia’s hospitality and kindness made up for it all!

Without Sandy in Customer Service, I would have driven over 70 miles for nothing. Sandy was contacted by another store to validate inventory for a specific product. Not only did she find it, she pulled it and had it waiting for me at Customer Service. Greeted me with a smile and simply turned a sucky day into a "feel good" experience. Thank you Sandy. You make the world a bit brighter with your positive attitude and love for what you do. I hope they pay you a LOT of money. You deserve it.

“Ivan in garden” at the Rochester, NH Home Depot was extraordinarily helpful on 4/17/23, when he graciously helped me in a department that he does not normally work. Ivan took time to help me with an out of stock product in the shower fixture department and went out of his way to help me where I would otherwise not been able to get the product this evening. Ivan sincerely displayed great customer service and his understanding and sociability was really appreciated.

Home Depot of Rochester is a great place to go for your home improvements. The staff is very friendly and they go above and beyond to help you with anything that you need.

HOUSEPLANTS @ THIS STORE ARE ALL BLACK & DYING FOR WANT OF WATER! WHY? IS SO HARD TO WATER THE HOUSEPLANTS? IS THERE NO WATER IN THE STORE, AT ALL? WHAT A MESS THIS ARE IS!

Love the quality and variety of product available at HD. Whenever I am i need of materials for any type of project I always head to HD first before going anywhere else. That includes going to similar type stores that may be closer to my home.

I have been in the area for 7 years and this Home Depot is the one I use the most. Its close by (within 30 minutes) and the shelves generally have everything we need for our projects around the house and some smaller "jobs" outside the house. We have tons of projects at the homestead coming up this year... Be ready HD crew. The staff is friendly and the store is clean. Its Home Depot people. Its a staple in the DIY and contractor community.

I am in the Rochester Home Depot frequently and I routinely find the employees at this store are very polite and willing to listen and assist me whenever I ask for help.

Always have a great experience, except for return department, particularly Marla. She goes out of her way NOT to help. Makes up rules that are not correct. Has a terrible attitude. A nasty person.
