I was pleasantly surprised at the selection of air purifiers available at this store. I had been to a few stores with not much to choose from. Also, the customer service was great. I couldn't locate where the air purifiers were and I asked Bruce if he knew where they could be. He took his time to research where they were located, led me there, and made sure that I had all my questions answered. Thank you Bruce you made my visit very pleasant!

Both TJ and Bruce (employees in the rental dept.) were awesome. They were both helpful, knowledgeable and efficient. Great rental experience because of those two guys!

We worked with Design Consultant Adam, and he was fantastic! Patient, super knowledgeable, computer savvy, and really knew how to provide us with value added suggestions and recommendations, throughout the process! Just finished purchasing our new cabinets!

John Shipton helped us with our appliance package and he was so nice, patient and knowledgeable we felt so comfortable and confident with our purchases. Excellent customer service, he deserves a raise!

I can't thank Brenda and Christine enough for the level of customer service they provided me. Most employees of big chains have a not caring attitude. These two ladies defy that theory. They are professional, kind and courteous every time.

I was pleasantly surprised to learn of a credit card deal that offered $25 just for applying for a new card. No strings attached and the card has no fees. I shop in Home Depot a lot. I may or use the credit card to get me through the Christmas holiday.

I recently purchased a whirlpool washer(top load) and dryer. Still figuring out some features I have not had in the past but I am very pleased with these and all the help I received at the Rochester store location.

In the middle of a major renovation that involves interior and exterior doors. Fortunately was able to work with Robin G. in Millworks who went above and beyond what I have ever seen for customer service. She helped navigate the choices and made it a pleasant experience!

I measured moulding using the measuring tape mounted on a vertical beam in the moulding aisle. What measured 12’ in the store turned out to be 11’1” Messed up my project big time.

Was greeted by at least 3 employees, smiling, happy to help me find the right person to help me in plumbing. Smoot, friendly experience. Caleb helped at the self check out and it felt good to be listened to and valued. Fantastic job everyone! Store was clean too!

I went in with about a million questions for my flooring project. Dan, initially helped me even though it was not his department. He was very helpful and insightful. I then spoke to Phil who is in the flooring department and he was able to give me some tips for my project. Lastly Julie and Connor were able to help me purchase all the items I need and answer some questions I had about my home depot credit card. What a great team.

Although the Rochester Hills store is twice the distance the nearby Home Depot stores are, I was in that area and from now on I will take the time to go there, the customer service was that good. All the 5 or 6 sales personnel (I went to different departments) were knowledgeable, patient, and friendly...I want a human to sell me, not a computer. And I want a human cashier, who can point out different products, as Kerri did. I will not use self-check outs, even if the line to a live cashier is long. and I use my HOME DEPOT card proudly, otherwise I would use CASH.
