I’ve traded with this Home Depot store for 10 years and bought many gifts there.

We had a great experience at this store they arenalways friendly funny and hold conversations with ne and my husband. They actually care about their customers and try nore than just selling something to us. Melanie found a great deal on a washer and dryer set. Made sure it didn't have an agitator listened to everything I wanted and didn't want in my washer/dryer then helped us save money. We applied for the credit card saved money and I'm so excited to finally have a won derful washer and dryer coming in 3 days 😊 This place is always amazing friendly great place to go!

This Home Depot has the friendliest cashiers especially Peggy and the most helpful customer service people like Sarah. I would highly recommend this Home Depot!!!!!!

it took 3 sales associates at the pro desk to complete a VERY complex transaction .... it took over an hour , calling citibank , fighting through prompts ,trying to get a human on from Citibank , creating a temporary pass ,, etc ... but they all worked as a team and persevered until the sale was completed exactly as i requested ... ty to Cabot , Mack , another lady , sales person G4SHJD1 for never giving up until the mission was accomplished , ty all Imelda Layman @ Haystack Hempworks ;-)

The flooring department is great here. Everyone in the department is knowledgeable and quick to help you. I was amazed with the excellent customer service.

smart washer and dryer with many useful features, Using the app is a very nice option. Both appliances have lots of room and operate very quietly

My family and I went to self service to be in and out, when we got there the lady started to scan everything and not bagging anything pushing the buttons on the credit card machine... we went to "self service" very weird and kinda rude...

Man sitting at desk near patio doors was very unfriendly. Register locked up when I tried to use my veterans discount. Had to load very heave French doors by myself because employees sent to help couldn’t lift it. 2 other customers had to help me get it in my truck.

The employees here make the shopping experience special. They are amazing and beyond helpful!

Growing our business required the construction of new cutting tables. HD was there to help every step of the way. They even showed me a better way to build the tables. Service with a smile

I don't usually shop Home Depot only because there is another home supply store closer to me but I will say that shopping at this store is a much better experience. The store is very neat and clean. I was asked by a couple of employees if I needed any help. The signs above the aisles are very large and make it easy to find the aisle you are looking for. I will be making the trip to this store more often.

I recently relocated to Raonoke, VA and the service and the employees knowledge and helpfulness at the Hershberger Road Home Depot store far surpasses my experiences in other like stores from FL to NY. The staff always greets and offers to help me much like a pesonal shopper would, who either walk me over to who can help me or to where the items are on my shopping list versus me having to wait for help only to be told, "Sorry, I don't usually work in this department", which understandably gets old and frustrating! When I walk in the Hershberger Home Depot store, I feel more like a valued customer than I do at my banks! The employees I've worked have been awesome and "thank you" all for the great shopping experiences thus far.

Store always has what to have what I need.

We were at Home Depot making a purchase and could not locate items we needed. The staff went out of their way to help us locate what we needed and to load it.

If you need to purchase an appliance, ask for Ashley!!! She is really wonderful! After looking several other places on line and in town, Ashley, at the Hershburger store, had ideas of additional places to look for what I wanted. She was friendly, intelligent, diligent, and showed genuine care and service!

I purchased flowers, dirt, gloves today and am very happy with all the selection i had to choose from.

I went to purchase a new lawn mower from the time I walked thru the door until I left the store, the service was above and beyond, I purchased a new mower took it home and did the assembly , very straight forward and when complete started on the first pull, I purchased a Toro real wheel drive, Love it
