I Recently provided an estimate for the exterior cleaning of this Home Depot in Gig Harbor, Wa. The Property Manager Brighter-Image Told me that there not looking for A Grade Cleaning Companies providing A Grade Quality Results. Rather they only use C Grade Companies to basically get by & it shows. You ever heard that saying you pay for what you get. Looks Great Home Depot!

I think you need to send some somebody in there a secret shopper or somebody for management and go see what’s going on because the managers for each area are not doing their jobs, and I think you would be very upset when you saw the mess was the only one getting upset everybody talk to them was getting upset. This is ridiculous. Must be hard to find people to work. I understand that but the more is a fire has it got there was a problem and nobody wants to help you the nicest person in the whole floor was my cashier she was the best, very disappointed I’ve been a long time Home Depot customer very disappointed and I love that store. No sorry I’m gonna think twice about going back there again over 30 years. You really need to send somebody and look what’s going on cause I think you’ll be shocked that’s not typical Home Depot.

The Riverhead Home Depot (#1222) has nailed customer service. Everyone in the store was extremely helpful and went out of their way when asked for assistance.

Came in for a brad nailer. App said there were seven in stock. Couldn't find any. Contacted associate who proceeded to go through all the overstock. Suggested a similar item that was more money and when I said I'd order it online, they said they'd match the price. Associates I dealt with were all friendly and very responsive. In the end, I felt taken care of and couldn't speak higher praises of the staff I encountered.

I shop in the Riverhead store often ..today I was picking up an ice chest for my garage ..Lorraine made this experience very easy...she was helpful & kind ...her happiness was contagious ...I wish all shopping experiences were this easy!

There is limited in zero knowledge about location of products by staff. If you can get one to help you. Its seems they try to avoid customers

Had a really dissatisfying check out experience at the Riverhead NY store. Not the friendliest cashier, but the real issue is she was unable to process a Visa gift card totaling $300. (I’ve used this gift card before at Home Depot). She tried to tell me that Home Depot probably didn’t accept, and I insisted it did. She attempted to run as a store gift card (which I knew was wrong) She then became exasperated and tried to run as a debit but against the full amount of my purchase (more than the gift card amount). That was declined. It was too busy to ask for help I guess and I was basically forced to put the entire amount on my credit card. I don’t suppose Home Depot wants to pay the interest on the $300 I wasn’t planning on putting on that credit card? I work in retail, I understand how a Point Of Sale system works. This cashier should have known how to split payments.

Great experience in the blind dept at the Riverhead Store. John could Not have been any Nicer and Helpful.

they are rude and do not care about you or what you need cashiers and employees are very unfamiliar with any products

We got to the Garden Center while it was still open to pick up a tree. No one greeted us, and no one mentioned that they were closing early. While we were walking up to pay the cashier walked away from us saying that we’d have to pay for the tree inside, wrap it and cut it, and put it on the car ourselves. Guess the Riverhead Home Depot is itching for a lawsuit given how easy it is to get hurt on a saw or tangled in the tree mesh. We should have left it but, not wanting to disappoint our kid we hauled it through the store and managed to get it in the car. Someone did come out of the woodwork to help us wrap it, at least, but he complained about “not normally doing this.” You think I do, mate?

Stew , the store manager, happened to help me. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and very thorough in making sure I got everything that I needed. It was very important that he, helped me instead of delegating the job to one of his employees standing next to him.

Just purchased a new Rigid Air Compressor to replace my old one. I read the directions about priming it. Fingers crossed it works and gets the job done.

My visit to buy a washer dryer was easy, the sales person Lorraine Caceres was friendly, to the point and very helpful with our decision making process. She understands what we need and helped us along the way for a quick and satisfying purchase.

WELL STOCKED, always clean excellent service and staff

Was a breeze with sale people directing me to 5 of 6 purchases.

Went to purchase a storm door and had to wait 30 minutes for a sales person (2 people before me left). After getting some assistance was told after paying for measuring that the person was on vacation for a week, didn't know when he would get measurement as he will be backed up. Would have to pick up the door or pay $75 for installer to bring it. Cancelling!

Store is a train wreck

This is not a good example of the Home Depot stores that I have been to nor is it my home store. Just adjust the pointing shopping experience they would have gotten one star, what gave them two was the cashier she was very friendly and very upbeat

Had a great shopping experience with my elderly dad on Father’s Day. Employees were available, didn't rush us, were knowledgeable and genuinely wanted to help.

LATTICE FENCE WERE ALL BROKE AND THE MULCH ALL THE BAGS HAD HOLES IN THEM THE ONLY GOOD THING WAS THE CASHIER PAMELA SHE WAS HAPPY AND VERY PLEASANT EVEN WHEN THE OTHERS AROUND HER WERE NOT

If you have a plumbing problem that you can't resolve. Please see Charlie in Plumbing. He offers a plethora of experience. He is up to date on new plumbing products and offered me a solution I did not even know existed. Could not have been happier.

I am spending about 20k every year I This store I have no complaints.
