Purchased a washer & dryer over two months ago. Dryer came in damaged twice and Home Depot tells me there is nothing they can do. You cannot keep the damaged product until they can deliver a non-damaged one. Save yourself the headache purchase appliances from a local appliance store that has stock.

The staff at The Home Depot #4930 is approachable and friendly. They really get it when it comes to customer service. They acknowledge you and ask you if you need help. If they don't know the answer, they seek another associate.

Everything is in good condition and very neat

Every employee I encountered at this Home Depot was friendly and eager to help me find what I needed. All were patient, made suggestions, explained the pros and cons of various products, and asked questions to help determine what was best suited for my situation. I happily recommend this store as a good place to shop.

I was met immediately by a sales person when I walked into the power tool department. She led me to the products I was shopping for and was very helpful as I determined which product was best suited for me. Outstanding shopping experience as well as checkout experience!

All the cashiers seem to be upbeat, and very helpful. The only name I remember is Damian, but they ALL seem to be exceptional.

I am remodeling a house in Ironwood and had to drive for about 2 hours to get to the nearest home depot. The store was well stocked and all of the people were so helpful. I'm used to the Home Depot stores near my home in Nevada. It's often hard to find anyone who has time to help you. Here I had people asking me if I needed help everywhere I went. It's like an alternate universe. This is a great store.

Care more about selling credit than serving the guests

When in the lumber area, I ask for Dale to help. He's efficient, helpful, pleasant, and gets me to checkout with all my items. Being a woman, he helps by picking out quality choices or options.

A couple of staff helped me find what I was looking for and unfortunately I don't know their names, but I was helped without feeling like I was bothering them!!! DELAINO checked me out and was very polite and helpful!! Thank you.
