Clean, well stocked, friendly & knowledgeable employees, plenty of parking, great Pro desk, short checkout time.

Worked with Dustin checking out in the garden area 2 different times. Guy was awesome. 100% . I do all my HD shopping at this store and have never had a single bad experience.

I have never had a problem with any product I bought from the Home Depot.. The customer service is excellent on any problems you might have.

After a bad experience with another business matching my paint I brought my sample in to Home Depot. There was a young lady there that was polite, knowledgeable and worked on matching my color until it was perfect. She would look at it and say, I need just a touch more of another color, then she would bring it back to me and we would take a look. When she was done it was perfect! I was so pleased and she was such a help. I

Start serving hot dogs again. People get hungry there after carding around 12 sheet rocks that are a hundred pounds each. Everyone in Redding Ca would be very happy if you did it. Every store has there little special thing, and hot dogs could be yours.🌭🌭🌭🌭🌭🌭🌭🌭

Gerald in Paint was super helpful and patient. He answered all our questions, was friendly and made our shopping experience very pleasant.

I look forward to shopping trips at Redding Home Depot. The employees are knowledgable and willing to help even for areas outside their expertise.

Don't approach a customer when he's already picking out items in an aisle that the "aisle is closing". They may as well say, we need you to leave because we have work to do. Customers who are already in an aisle should be left alone when picking out items, regardless of what employees have planned for that aisle. Let the customer complete his shopping, then close the aisle.

I have came in a few times and when Precious is working she has the best customer service I have ever received. Truly a pleasant experience and makes me come in more often.

Most all of the people that have interacted with at this home depot are excellent employees. Especially the weekday gentleman that operates the Pro Check Out line and the gentleman working the lumber department. Attentive, friendly, helpful and jovial. I say this as a previous manager of several workers for some very large international corporations over 35 years. I have learned there are keepers (excellent employees) , dead weight and poisonous employees. The folks That I have been lucky to interact with at this Home Depot are all keepers from my perspective as a customer, and a career people manager.

Jessica was positive and friendly. More people should learn by her example.

This young man helped me with things I needed that no one else would..getting smoke detector open and figuring out how to get the dam batteries in it.

No service on the floor, fire the lot and start over with people that want to work.

Gotta give it to The Home Depot . . . as its customer service is really getting a LOT better and has made for such a greater shopping experience. BRAVO! Nice job!

Look for John in the pro department

Sales associates are very helpful. They go out of their way to help you find the item you need. The service desk needs a little work I went to return something I had lost my receipt and they treated me like I was a criminal. I spend hundreds of dollars in there a month and this was the first time that this is happened. Hold onto the receipt otherwise you get treated horrible.

I buy most of my tools, paint, lumber and home improvement items at Home Depot.

The store employee knew exacting where the item I wanted was,not an ordinary item and also helped me with the check out she was perfect i was looking for spray cans of O2 to clean my computer

We went in to buy a security screen door. We needed someone that would help us to get exactly what we needed. We were greeted by Kim and she helped us through the entire process. Our purchase was successful and went very smoothly.

During the 15 years I have run my business I have never been to a more personable location. The associates are friendly and professional and do everything they can to make sure that our staff has had a good experience while shopping. The paint counter has some of the best color match experts I have ever had the pleasure of working with.

Employees were very nice and always seeing if you needed help.

HD was short staffed and Ayrton did an excellent job in filling in at the Shade dept. While not his dept, he jumped in to see if he could assist with our ordering of three shades and did an excellent job of finding our selections and answering questions. Ayrton is a great asset to the HD team! Excellent Customer Service!

I was able to get the supplies I needed even though I cannot walk. A gentleman brought a cart out, another helped get access to some items I could not reach and the cashier moved the payment machine so that I could see it while sitting in the cart. Then helped me the cart unstuck when I pushed the accelerator the wrong way. His reaction was kind and patient.

I came here looking for drain cleaner and ended up leaving with that and an idea for my next project. In and out in less than 5 minutes.

Bonnie was very helpful and helped me pick a great weed eater and even showed me the package deal with a leaf blower which I ended up getting. She was very personable by saying she also has these two products at home and likes them a lot. Knowing she uses the weed eater and leaf blower made me trust her opinions a lot more. I honestly wasn’t sure exactly what I wanted but I feel happy with my purchase I made thanks to Bonnie’s help.
