GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.....

I worked with this store's fence partner Hulme fence. They originally came and installed a fence after sending out a sales person and did not connect the fence to the existing fence as discussed. The attached picture shows the gap that was left. Upon calling Hulme, I was told that connecting to the existing fence would have increased the original quote by "over $1,000 because of added complexity" and they insisted I pay for a change order of $600 to come fix their mistake. The fix took one person less than an hour to fix, and they charged me $600. This felt like a scam from start to finish and I genuinely feel taken advantage of. I would never recommend Hulme Fence to anyone.

Ralph in hardware is efficient and personable. He capably cut and burned 600 feet of nylon rope into one hundred 6-foot lengths for our high school running team to use while stretching.

Jamie was excellent!!

Never any employees around if you need a hand, if you do find one they can almost never answer your question. Constantly told they don't sell something only to find it a few aisles over. They'll stand there and watch you load up heavy items and never offer to help. They won't publish this review though because they only publish the ones that are flattering.

So the other day I went to the store Arlene The head cashier as it says on her name tag when above and beyond for me. She was searching for these smart thermostats that they said was in store, but we could not find them anywhere. All I can say is she did an amazing job and always has a smile on her face whenever I see her. It’s so nice Deal with someone that actually cares!

My husband and I went to the Reading HD to buy flooring materials. Larry and Ray really knew the products and helped us pick out the right flooring for us, and recommended the necessary tools to get the job done.

I was in and out real fast with good serves

I needed a water transfer pump as my basement was flooded. Both Larry and Bart went above and beyond to secure me the item over the phone. I drove there, about 45 minutes, to be treated so well. They showed concern and just made my day start off so pleasant!

Friendly and experienced workforce that make the customer experience that much better.

Bought the faux wood blinds and I just love them. They add so much class and warmth to my living room and dining room. I highly recommend them.

I shop here weekly for all my yard and household needs I always have good positive things to say about the employees here. An overall great store!

I bought a Dremel a couple months ago and it would not hold a charge any more. Jamie helped me get a store credit for the faulty item. She helped me over the phone and in person. She was wonderful and I am so thankful that Home Depot took the broken Dremel back and gave me a store credit. This was a fantastic experience at Home Depot thanks to Jamie!!

This store is consistently better than other HD's in the area. Always well stocked, always neat and clean--and the employees are friendly, polite, helpful and knowledgeable. Not the closest to our home--but worth the time.

I asked about a product and the salesman, Dave, took the time to explain everything about the item, answered my questions, and I did purchase it. He also said if I had any questions, to call him at the store. The checkout person, Mamta, was so pleasant and offered me the discount to open an HD credit card, which I did!

I went into the store to buy a holiday yard decoration. The item I wanted was out of stock except for the display. Bradley, a store associate, offered to take down the display if I wanted to buy it. It turned out to be no small endeavor. It required lift equipment, he had to disassemble other displays (all of which needed to be reassembled after I left the store, I'm sure), not to mention a ton of patience. Yet, he didn't show an ounce of frustration with me or the process. He could have easily told me it couldn't be done and I would have been none the wiser. Thank you!
