Went to home depot to buy a bug zapper. Made the purchase and returned home. Unboxed the zapper and found that Home Depot had repackaged a bug zapper and sold it as new. I'm beyond disgusted.

Employees made me feel welcome and helped me feel better about the problem I was having with a lawn grass timer.

The white gardening gloves look so finely made.

Store is clean, organized and well stocked. Employees are available to help and advise. Self check-out is available and quick.

Ellie at the Rancho Mirage store at the customer service desk was exceptionally helpful and professional. She walked us through our complicated purchase with ease while making it stress free and very pleasant.what a great experience!

It was fast and easy to shop here. Home Depot had everything on my shopping list. Employees were happy and helpful. Checkout was fast and friendly.

I Needed spray paint for a lil project and was in and out quick.

The last several visits have been terrible. No employees as all out to lunch leaving one person to handle everything.

I bought the wrong material about three weeks ago, and I miss placed my receipt, didn’t know that I hadn’t bought the materials on my Home Depot card, however, I’ve been running back and forth to the Home Depot at least once a day or every other day for the last five months. I don’t think I could’ve found the receipt even if I tried all I know is that I had a few cards and my Home Depot card that I could check. It had to be on one of the two or three or four maybe five cars. I explain my dilemma to Laura , Laura was able to look in two different locations of town and spot it and found the information that I was looking for and then actuality, it was maybe two weeks ago, so at least I found out where the materials were. I’m very thankful Floor for taking the time and also a gentleman the prior night looking for the information. I now know that I can try to do a electronic receipt or upgrade my card that way if lost, all problems have been diverted. I want to thank Lauren first of all and the team that she worked with. Everyone was very respectful very kind and helpful. I don’t know how many times or how many ways I can say. Thank you but thank you thank you thank you.

The staff at this location went out of their way to assist us with our needs.

I buy everything there. washer, dryer ,refrigerator. blinds etc.

Bought carpet because you have a wide selection and reliable staff

I buy most of my tools from Home Depot as well as garden products and pavers, and have always been fully satisfied. They also have a military discount which is a bonus.

I ordered a clothes Washer and Dryer and very satisfied dealing with the employees here. After a few weeks, the delivered item, Dryer, was not what we needed. It's electric dryer and the hookup at the house is a Gas. So the delivery was returned. Then went to Palm Springs Home Depot and ordered the gas dryer there. The employees there were very helpful. Cancelled the whole order and got a comparable units. It was a little bit higher in price compared to what we ordered before, as the previous model were not available. So lesson learned: Double check what your existing connection is, if gas or electric. They can tell you at the store that the electric dryer can be plugged directly at the 110v wall, no it cannot be. It needed 220v connection, and we don't have that connection right now.

Staff is just so absolutely friendly and knowledgeable. I wouldn't shop elsewhere for my construction/reno/home improvement/gardening needs :)

Clerk was rude and disrespectful; given the wrong product, manager at first meeting not helpful; better after I waited 30 minutes +/- to see her again.

My experience here was one of the best I have ever had a Home Depot. TJ and Daniel were so helpful and pleasant. Even the cashier, Rosamaria was friendly, and still efficient. I recommend if you haven't been in a while due to how things were in the past that you give them another try.

I had employees who did not want to help, one who said he dia not want to learn and a manager who would not honor the deals offered.

Everyone was so friendly especially the young man by the name “Frankie” who was the 1st person who greeted me as I walked in. I didn’t need the service he was providing and he still had a smile and wished me a good day.
