Tonight at the checkout counter I spotted a gorgeous plant and inquired about the price. It was a return and unfortunately didn’t have a name label, SKU, or price. However, my cashier Lauren searched the website and called in all the reinforcements to track down the information. Delaney searched the whole garden area and Blu also tried to figure it out to no avail. Ultimately, Blu accommodated me and I happily took my new plant home. It’s important to note that all this occurred 20mins before closing (if you’ve ever worked retail you know things can be hectic during this time). They never let that get in the way of their customer service. They remained kind and made a genuine effort to help me out. I really appreciated the group effort. They made my night! So happy this is my local store because I will be returning. Tysm

If you're looking for excellent customer service with knowledgeable staff, Rancho Cucamonga Home Depot should be your go to store. If you're unsure, visit the flooring dept and ask for Scott, if he doesn't know the answer he'll find the answer. I challenge you to find better service.

During the last couple of months, I have done multiple purchases during a remodel project. My experience shopping at the Rancho Cucamonga store has been great. In particular, I have dealt with Blue, he is knowledgeable and always willing to help.

I just purchased a Badger 100 garbage disposal unit to replace our old one which started to leak last night. Home Depot had several brands in stock. I decided to purchase the brand we previously had. Checking out with an associate was friendly, quick an efficient. After getting home I installed the product promptly. Great Experience.

I purchased a sink at the. Store on8/22/23 on line by Jesse. My order went through but later was returned on my visa. I ask janette at customer service why I couldn’t see purchase on my Home Depot app and was told only the store can see purchase because it was online at the store. I was told the reason visa was return and was told it was because I wouldn’t be charged until sink arrived at the store. I when I’m on 8/29/2023 at 4:00 pm to check on order and was told it was shipped and would be at the store at night to check back later. All by janette and all wrong answers. Spoke with corporate on8/29/2023 and Brian told my for some unknown reason the vendor returned payment because he was out of stock. Since purchasing the sink (which I had to cancel) order was never even filled. It’s really been a stressful ordeal from start to finish because I was never given a straight answer. Very disappointing in Home Depot.

We needed flashlights. Evidently so have a rush of people before the storm. The employees helped us find the model we were looking for, even climbing the ladder to get more units from up in the rack. Got exactly what we needed!

My shopping experience was great, due to the exceptional quality of service I received from "Yessenia" and “Laura" They were both very professional, helpful, knowledgeable, and extremely kind and patient! I visited the store twice this week, and I had a memorable encounter with Yessenia, and another young lady (whose name I unfortunately can't remember). The service that these ladies provided was definitely noteworthy. I had a lot of questions, and they took the time to answer them all, Joyfully!

Employees went above and beyond with eagerness and care to make sure I knew what I was buying and more importantly that I knew what I had to do. Seems like HR is doing a great job hiring the right people for the right jobs. Much appreciated.

Lost my receipt to try to return 2 wood putty tubes but sales associate Vessenia wouldn't return it due to no receipt. Not only are the folks not helpful or friendly but their new policy makes it less pleasant.
