Great experience on purchasing my Milwaukee tool cabinet. Great quality great price. Friendly helpful staff.

His name is Paul. We were shopping to make a budget punching bag stand. Maybe $40 dollars was our budget something like that. We got all the tools in the cart and we were looking around for wood and we found Paul. We asked if there were any spare wood that was free and Paul asked what we were building and then decided to help us and also pay for EVERYTHING. Including all the tools in the cart and everything else we had in it. Comes out to almost 100$ and he paid for it all thank you so much Paul

I shop at Home Depot because their employees go out of there way to help you!! I can always find what I need!!

Needed just a small piece of lumber. The two gentlemen (forgot their names) assisted us, and also explained important information. Very enjoyable visit!

We recently purchased a washer and dryer set here. The customer service was great. We were greeted when we came in and people actually asked us if we needed help. Trent in appliances was knowledgeable of all the products.

Employees were extremely helpful and went out of their way to help us.

Whenever I go into Quincy Home Depot I can find what I am looking for on the well stocked shelves. Only problem I find is sometimes it's hard to find an employee to help me find particular items.

We had a very difficult time checking out due to our check not working but with the help of Paul and Carmen we were still able to go about our purchase

My recent shopping experience was the best! Knowledgeable, friendly, attentive associates who truly cared about my needs. This was the best shopping experience that I've had since 2020 caused everyone to be distant and hateful. I will be back to shop more very soon.

Over the years, I have had very good shopping experiences, quality products, and wonderful service.

I had great service from both employees I spoke to and was in the door, checked out and out the door in 15 minutes on Black Friday!

Only complaint is that the softener salt was out of stock for customers to access but employee scanned it and there was 500 bags high loaded. Took over 35 min for employees to get this product down so I could get my 5 bags and purchase what I needed. Ridiculous considering there were many employees and the store wasn’t busy.

I am never disappointed walking in or out of this store. They always have what I want or need and provide it with great customer service. Very good store. Thank you!

Had a fast quick in and out

I walked in to the store, found the refrigerator I wanted and was finished in about half an hour with delivery the next day!

Have been there about 20 times this past month for a house remodel. Very quick and easy every time I went!

I purchased some lumber for a deck late at night and also on a Sunday afternoon to finish the project. Both times the overhead door was blocked with items and the pro desk door was locked. Had to exit the checkouts with a cart full of lumber. Not a fun experience, considering the aisles are full of merchandise on display.

Anytime we go to Home Depot, there's plenty of employees willing to help, they're friendly and a great "get what you need" so you can get back to your project.

Not often do I need my guidance in the stores I shop….but the Home Depot in Quincy is a shining example of customer zeal and care….I did not need much…but the store associates wanted to make sure I knew exactly where I needed to go….hats off to the team there if that is how they do business each and everyday!

We decided to get appliances from Home Depot and my husband and I are so glad we did! Not only did they have a great selection but their employee, Trent made the experience all the better! He was patient and made sure we got the best deal possible! We will recommend Home Depot to all our friends and family!

We bought a refrigerator because ours died. At a very stressful time the employees at Quincy, IL Home Depot made a bad day sooo much better! We will be back for sure!!

Went in for appliances had very friendly employee that helped. Cashier's upfront were respectful and patient.

Everyone seems so friendly and helpful. I spend a lot of time and money in the hardware dept and the lady that works there is always so helpful and friendlyToni I think is her name. Even the ladies at checkout is amazing, I had a conversation with Sarah, kylee and fawn, they are always so pleasant to be around

While the girl working the pro sales desk was awesome the other employees were too busy talking to each other to help me load my lumber. It used to be every employee asked if I needed help, now most walk through the store avoiding eye contact and can be seen standing around chatting with each other, Not a good experience.

About a month of so we got some paint and brushes out there and we enjoy the products that they carry. Like Dewalt , wooster , Husky ..We also buy other products out there like hand tools and lumber.

Items and isles are clearly labeled making items very easy to finds. All employees are very friendly and speak to you when the meet you.
