My transaction was a bit difficult due to I tried to order online and applied for a Home Depot credit card to be able to save $50.00 on the electric fireplace I wanted. I got approved and received a $500.00 limit. The fireplace was over that amount so I went to the store and ordered rather than order online. Randi was amazingly helpful, answered all my questions and never once was impatient!

I suggested several times that pallets be removed from the loading area and that trees blocking the corner traffic view be cut down. Both suggestions were heard and heeded!

I’m happy when I shop here. Open cashier ready to help…

Bob in plumbing in Home Depot in Puyallup is the best!! Very helpful and went above and beyond to assist us with a school project!

Sherrie was right there to greet me! Asked questions about what I needed. Found the perfect washer and dryer for me! I'm so grateful for her help!

Been at this location so many times! Especially since buying my house. Stag is always excellent and willing to help! And only a couple time have they not had what I was looking for. Seriously one of my favorite places to shop!

This is my go to hardware store. They are always well stocked and the employees very helpful and nice.

We shopped for an appliance bundle at the Puyallup store and Sherrie helped us select what we needed and was very knowledgeable of her inventory.

We passed many associates today & Edwin was the only one who stopped to ask if we needed any help! He helped us find two items & then helped other customers after us. Edwin is definitely an asset to your store!

Every time I go into Home Depot-Puyallup, its like stopping in to see neighbors! Always friendly and take a minute to chat. Even during their morning crew meeting! I do shop here a lot and they all seem to recognize me, and I them.

Just wanna say the employees at this location are very nice,helpful and friendly most definitely coming back to this location.

Except too many unnecessary designated parking spaces that make very inconvenience to park, but over all, it is a great store.

I frequent this location since it is close to home. Usually easy to find product and low price guarantee are big benefits.

I tried to get a military discount but was told I had to register on a website and get a QR code. I sheet of paper and directions were given. Why would I need to do this? At other home improvement stores all I have to do is show my military ID.

We have been upgrading our home and are very satisfied with the customer service and information that the employees have provided us. Any questions I may have are always answered.

Hands down the best Home Depot service of all the Home Depot stores I have been in.

Not knowing anything about plumbing, I needed to get items to connect some sinks installed. Bob at the store went above and beyond by looking at the photos I had taken and helped me get the items needed, explaining what goes where and how to connect the plumbing.

I've been to alot of home depot's and so far this store is the one with customer friendly employees and a very good customer service system

The store in Puyallup, WA is so awesome. Employees are helpful and knowledgable of their products and where to find them! Love their service.

Each time I come to this Home Depot I am greeted by very friendly staff, they will go out of their way to show you where the items you need are located not just pointing. They are helpful in guiding you on what you need for projects. This store always have what you need, and is kept very clean. I've never had a bad experience here.

I received poor service and disregard for my veteran status. Checker with barely enough English skill to communicate.
