I was looking for the 30 percent vinegar in the garden department and Tammy asked what I was looking for after I told her she looked it up and started a search it was not where it was supposed to be. She never gave up and found a bottle on the floor next to the light bulbs and came and found me. What great customer service

I go to HD a lot, but if there was a different option close by I would use it. On one of my trips I was looking at light fixtures and employees kept walking by but Noone had time to answer my questions and when I finally got to the check out five employees stood around me until I payed for my transaction when I made a comment about what was that all about. I was told not to worry about it and to have a nice day. On another trip while walking out I stopped to look at something and a employee walked up and grabbed the receipt in my cart to look at real quick. Not real happy.

This location does not have a tool rental

Sales associates are always friendly and knowledgeable. They take the time to understand what items you want, and ensure you have everything you need to be satisfied with the quality of your project.

Whenever purchase paint from Home Depot they go out of their way to help out. Sarah is especially helpful and can always tell she enjoys her job!

I ordered blinds for doors in a basement with glass panels. The blinds open top down or bottom up. I got great service from Yancy and Edwin. I haven’t yet received the blinds but I got an email from Edwin saying they are on their way. Great customer service.

Quite some time ago, I decided to use to Ryobi product line to standardize my battery-operated tools and equipment. I also purchased extended warranties on most of the larger tools. Over the years, I've had to utilize the warranties as equipment has failed. Home Depot was always good at making things right. However, Home Depot closed its repair services in January and no longer will honor warranties that were purchased through them. Ryobi's closest authorized repair center is about 200 miles from my home (I live in the Seattle area). Home Depot's decision and Ryobi's lack of authorized repair facilities has caused me to look elsewhere to buy the new and replacement battery-powered equipment I need. Moral of the story: Check out repair service before you buy.

Employees always ask me if I need help or have questions.

Purchased the new Ryobi 18V 21 degree Framing Nailer (not available online yet) at this store since I received a text message that it was available. One of the employees went out of their way to make sure I he was able to locate it since there were only three available.

Employees at the Poulsbo Home Depot truly go out of their way to provide outstanding customer service - from helping find needed items to carrying them to one's vehicle. I've never had better service anywhere.

Ordered dishwasher online and set up delivery and install. On day of, installer didn’t want to do citing none sense about plastic piping and then holding the test button on the circuit tester implying power wasn’t isolated to get out of doing the work! Absolute garbage!

It was primarily due to the Appliance Specialist, Carol Carlson. She was very knowledgeable, professional, helpful, and kind. She listened carefully, asked important questions, and gave excellent advice. We were able to purchase a refrigerator because of her.

I was a very difficult customer and Home Depot was fantastic! We were able to order, reorder, and return items without the hassle and great service. I highly recommend the Poulsbo store! The price and quality of the retaining wall stones we ordered were fantastic and delivery was made super easy for us. The delivery fee was only 89$ for 917 pavers! Fantastic value.
