I purchased an orchid with beautiful yellow blooms. It was in a ceramic pot and potted correctly. I got a great gift for $20. It's very healthy.

I can always, without fail, get great service and employee assistance. Equally important to me are all my questions are answered with suggestions and/or patience. I will not shop any other store.

I went to my local Home Depot really looking forward all week to inquire about the differences and pros/cons of tank vs. tankless water heaters. On the way in the store after witnessing a customer service representative be very rude to a customer who was trying to return some lumber... she smartly told him "You can't leave it in the doorway....", as he previously had asked where to put it trying to be helpful, the "plumber" arrived and apparently knew nothing about the product they were selling and did not answer any of my questions. He laughed at me and rolled his eyes when I asked if the 6/12 year warranty was transferable if I sell my house. He made it seem like I was wasting his time. On my way out I used the men's bathroom, which was disgusting and half out of order with buckets under the urinals, wondering if this is how Home Depot was going to leave my home after I spend good money on a new water heater and install??? I won't be visiting Home Depot as my only recourse as a disgusted customer is to not visit the store and give them any of my business. Very disappointing.

ARS Rescue Rooter & Home Depot did a fantastic, fast and professional job replacing our 3 bedroom 2 bath A/C within 24 hours. We were shocked! I highly recommend them to everyone who needs emergency A/C repairs, especially in Florida during summer months.

This was a complete turn around from my last visit. My visit was very enjoyable due to the employees that were on duty yesterday. I felt like they actually cared about me.

Ben was very helpful! Me and my fiancé are building a crib and we didn’t have many of the parts to build it and he helped us find all the things on our list because neither of us are particularly handy. We brought in a few of the parts we did have and he was able to figure out the sizes and get us everything we needed. We went to a local hardware store earlier today and received terrible customer service and they acted like they didn’t understand how to find a screw the right size.

PURCHASED SOME HDX PLASTIC STORAGE SHELVING AND IT WORKED OUT PERFECTLY FOR THE SHED I ALSO PURCHASED FROM HOME DEPOT A FEW WEEKS EARLIER. STAFF VERY FRIENDLY AND KNOWLEDGEABLE.

I purchased a grill from the Port Richey location and could not be happier. Team members helped me with all I needed to know to get me started with my new grill. Kudos to management for leading a great group of people.

I always have my 4 year young in tow, so the Kid friendly shopping carts are awesome. The HD workers at this store are friendly and helpful.

I have a small garden that was not very successful with plants I choose. I was helped to pick out plants that actually like Florida weather and are full of the flowers I was looking to see. Problems solved, another stressful issue taken care of,

I purchased a lawn mower and Monica was very helpful at getting me another Home Depot card which saved me a few dollars!

I went to my store in Port Richey, Fl to inquire about having fencing done. The gentleman right at the front door immediately helped me . The fencing contacted me and I was able to obtain a quote. Since I preferred to pay with my Home Depot card I called and spoke to a lovely young woman named Angel. She made it very easy for me to increase the credit limit to cover the cost of the fencing.

I was looking for a 4 piece LG Appliance package. One that would not break the bank. Many stores offer good prices, but Janie in Appliances offers "true" customer service and stands behind what she is selling.
