Shopping at somewhere like Home depot can be a daunting task with the vast array of selections but when you have the great friendly and knowledgeable staff that they have it makes things very easy! Highly recommend their all star service by Kristian, she's the best!

No employees in the aisle. Checkout line was long. Was half way down the tool aisle with only one cashier. Until they open the self checkout. Then had to wait for the cashier to help each self checkout. Did not get the item I want because cashier would not honor the price tag on the shelf.

I recently purchased filters, noticed a clean store and helpful employees on the floor. At checkout cashier was very kind and assisted me with issues regarding my debit card chip.

Came for two woods and had to wait about 2hrs before I wanted to walk out to a different store . SOME associate are just there walking waistimg money to the company . Really sad to see other employee complaining about their teammates

With a floor full of employees. Not one person was welcoming or helpful. Too busy chatting amongst themselves. The females need better training or better attitudes.

Felicia is super helpful and patient with return and finding item in the store. She did not make me feel rush. If u every go to customer service Felicia is the one to help u!

Have had multiple issues at this particular Home Depot. The sales associates and managers don’t seem to care at all about customer satisfaction. I’m not one to give bad reviews but because I’ve had multiple issues here I felt the need to say something.

Not a good place to shop.

I was quickly assisted with finding the tools I was looking for and the employee who helped me was very friendly and kind! Felt valued and appreciated!

As a corporation Home Depot really needs to step up the quality of their customer service. It is often impossible to get meaningful assistance in a timely manner for anything in any department.

About five employees actually care about the customer experience. Management does NOT care about the store or their customers. District management doesn’t care either. I regularly help customers because employees cannot or will not help them. I have even provided training to the employees of the Pomona Home Depot.

Carla has been amazing in going above and beyond what we needed especially buying almost $1K worth of stuff for one of our investment properties. Highly recommend!

I shop at this Pomona Home Depot very often and I always get a very great service with Crystal ,she’s lovely we love to see people like her working at our local stores !!!

Giselle is very rude and unhelpful.

Store was very friendly. Employees offered assistance immediately and numerous times. Store was clean, organized and had great inventory. This is one of my favorite HDs to go to.

I was using the self check-out register and when I was ready to pay and I inserted my debit card it obviously didn't make a sound . I think it should keep or chime. Just that.

Products are not in stock in many departments. Paint, hardware are ones I particularly have problems with recently. What was shown as available online in that store not in store. Products are not easy to find. Items of different sizes are mixed up and in wrong boxes. Employees are reluctant to have customer talk to Store manager about complaints. Always say manager in meeting or not available. Would not even give name of manager, or when insisted tell only first name (Oscar) and said they did not know last name.

Corrina Mora at the carpet desk was amazing. She made our experience easy and flawless. She was genuine and showed she cared about our situation. She is the reason I would recommend getting carpet to my friends. She got done what we thought was impossible, we are extremely grateful for her and going above and beyond! Our carpet install was also a great experience, Carpet Pro worked hard and fast. Great Quality!!

There has been a few times when we had trouble finding someone to help us on the floor. Maybe a help "button" on each aisle will cut down on that matter. We've been shopping here for quite a few years, we plan to continue. Thank you.
