My order got lost for almost an hour but thankfully Gabe had some sense and was able to find it. Paid 45$ a board for 2x12x16s and they brought me a split one that I made them replace. And then I get home and one has a saw mark in it

The helpers at Home Depot really go out of their way to help.

Orange apron folks tend to avoid customers at other stores - not this one. A healthy mixture of young and senior employees have mastered the art of manners and take the time to assist customers rather than duck and hide. Greeting phase is important for good customer relations and return sales. They tend to walk the talk here.

Carpet pad was a good selection to choose from and clerks were informative about quality and thickness for what we needed. No waiting, and easy pick up.

Upon check out I had a lot of questions that I wasn't sure about and Kylee was able to answer them all for me. She was super helpful and super friendly. Will definitely be going back to Home Depot again specifically for the same type of customer service that I received today. Thanks again Home Depot for hiring people like Kylee, and keep up the great work!

I bought a snowblower here yesterday and Andrew from this location did everything except for clear my sidewalk with when I got home. Great service!!!

We went in to purchase garage doors. They are not.a standard siz e so we had to custom order them. Andrew (should’ve got his last name) was amazing! He spent several hours trying to get our order to go through. After jumping through several hoops, our order was successful! Andrew should get a promotion! We will definitely be shopping at Home Depot in the future

I was recently forced to visit the store on a recent morning to check on the status of a return of a sizeable order of 2X4's and found that the store had only a total of 3 employees staffing the Pro Desk and the Customer Service desks. This caused extreme pressure on those trying to handle returns, refunds, questions, etc.

Took nearly an hour and four staff members to figure out how to get deposit back for a pallet. They all treated my wife poorly too and wouldn’t even look at her. Aweful

The products were where they said and was looking for something else employees seen I was looking and they asked me if I needed help. Not me going to find them.

I shop at "Home Depot" #1807 often for material and equipment for our project at , "5424 Yellowstone Avenue Chubbuck ID." Everytime I am welcomed by name and assisted without doubt . I want to mention "Caleb." Specially because he helped me with a pending order that was urgent, while checking me out with a phone sale on top of being attentive to other customers shopping . Efficient and Effectively It definitely didn't no go unnoticed . I greatly appreciate the customer service and will definitely be shopping here for our project needs .

My .com experience has been horrible. 40% of the product delivered was damaged and unusable. I ordered the product from Idaho Falls and .com shifted the order to Pocatello 50 miles away. When I went to resolve the issue locally I was told it was Pocatello and that Pocatello had to resolve issue. Then I was told order was closed out. And that I would have to repurchase product. Then when they received damaged product I would get refund. I have had to spend hours of my time to resolve. Worst ever. I Be sure to tell everyone how horrible it is.

I bought a sheet of beadboard to back some cube shelves in my classroom. The cuts made were clean and accurate.

I purchased roller blinds from another store and was able to finally find a specialist that knew how to cut them and gave me his personal promise it would turn out right. - Thank you Brian V. for your expertise and personal commitment.

This store is clean and well stocked. Employees are helpful but if you need something down from the rafters be prepared to wait up to an hour.

Found some great xmas gifts

I was in this store for over an hour and not one employee asked to help me so I had to use my app to find what I wanted & the phone signal seems blocked forcing the use of the HD Wi-Fi. Waited over 45 minutes for a fork lift operator to pull down sheets of wood that they seemed reluctant to do until I told them I was buying more than one sheet to make it worth their while. Multiple other bays were empty with the stock on the high rails so as I was waiting many other customers just walked off not wanting to wait.

Staff is friendly and helpful and is intent in helping find products.

I am Working on my 3rd remodeling project… I can discuss my wants and needs of a project, and they are there to help bring them about, either with products or advice anpbout it.

I have always received great customer service at this location. They are very helpful in finding the products I need.

Pocatello Store and associates spent time helping me fix a "snafu" with my THD rewards program, and though it took time, and a few call to tech support, they saw it thru and I am so happy to have my rewards working properly now! It would have been easy for anyone of them to "pass the buck" I was happy to get the issue resolved. Since then - I have increased my frequency of shopping and spending at Home Depot, even at the Nampa and Meridian Stores. Pocatello is the cleanest, friendliest and most helpful! I appreciate that in my experience, each person has been willing to take the time it takes to help and get things done! Thank You Poky Team!

I enjoy going into the Pocatello Home Depot and being able to find what I need for home projects. I like that when needing help there is always someone around willing to help and does it with a smile, makes the experience better over all and makes me want to spend my money at this location.
