Beware Rolled Pine Straw
Purchased 6 rolls of Pine Straw on 7/22/2022. It was 50% gray in color when I unrolled. Went back to the store and was told “We do not have control on the quality of products we sell like plants and pine straw”. That was it. I will now probably buy my landscaping materials from a local competitor.

Friendly, knowedgable team
I have multiple DIY projects on the go and needed advice on repairing a variety of areas within my home. Every member of staff that I spoke with about my needs gave practical advice on how to make simple repairs, suggest what items/tools I needed and what 'gotchas' to look out for when doing the work.

NO interest from certain people in providing customer service
I placed an online order. When it "arrived", the store noted that it was missing one of 40 pieces. I was told I had to pick up 8 of the pieces within a week, but I couldn't pick up anything else because one piece was missing out of 8 sets. No one wanted to find the missing piece. The story kept changing. Finally, I said either let me have the complete sets or cancel the order. Then apparently only three sets were there which means that FOUR of the sets I had been told were there had gone missing or I was being lied to all along.

Ge stove
Delivered and oven started but could not understand instructions for leaving the oven on for how long. The deliverer did not speak english. I received no manual and tried to call to find out how long this oven was supposed to run but only received recording to tell me they were experiencing long wait times so I could send a text. Same response. I finally googled and found out the oven could stay on for 1 hour. I tried calling the store today for an owners manual with no success. I tried calling GE today only to be told the only manual was in digital form. I don't have a printer.

Customer Service
Kelly in customer service went ABOVE and BEYOND when she single-handedly unloaded 16 cement pavers from my car since no one else would come to help, despite her calling for customer unloading help THREE times and me waiting 30 mins.
She jumped to the rescue and did something that was in no way part of her job. She was fast, efficient, helpful and didn't complain. I was incredibly impressed by this young lady and I hope she gets rewarded after this review is submitted.

Management needs to confirm and keep their word.
The cashier was fine, but the problem was with the lawn garden or service desk manager. I offered to get a mower that was sold that still hasn't been picked up. He told me to come back on 3/13, and he would release it and resale it to me. I called the store over six times that morning before leaving to no answer. I was informed by the store manager, who told me the other manager wouldn't be in today, that they could not honor his word. This was a huge waste of my time. I'm a commercial customer and spend a lot of money at Home Depot each year. A store manager should not tell customers he can do something if it's against store policy or can't be honored. I was told by the store manager that the item was an online order, which I don't think is the case. The item has been sitting for five days already. I picked up my items the same day. The store manager asked me how I would feel if my order was given away. I would expect to lose out on clearance items if I didn't get them in a timely manner. Many stores don't allow even five days. They should have kept their word. I lost my time and money hauling a trailer out there to get it. Not to mention calling six times before I came. I continue to call, and no one answers the phone even now. No other Home Depot I call has such issues answering their phones. I'm very disappointed management should double-check before giving their word on something.

Richard (Adam) in the Lumber Department was great. Went out of his way to help me. Very thorough and kind. Reminded me of what "Customer Service'' should be!!

Home of the Pot
When we pulled into the parking lot it was a little crowded but when we went inside everything was smooth. We was able to self checkout got in and out pretty quick. The product that we bought was worth the buy. We are regulars at home depot

GiGi is amazing
Gigi was our cashier, and was absolutely amazing and helpful. My toddler was having a meltdown over skittles and she told me I was doing a great job. Her reassurance meant the world to me. It totally changed the trajectory of my night. I can't thank her enough. Sometimes we all just need reassurance that we're doing okay. Thank you GiGi!

Excellent customer service
The leaf blower w battery/charger advertised on sale was out of stock, even though the app stated 4 were available. Supervisor Lee sold me a leaf blower and a separate battery/charger for the advertised price. Thrilled with her outstanding customer service.
