We saw a ceiling fan we liked and my husband installed it in our bedroom without any problems. We love it!

We came for a specific item. It was listed online as in stock but we saw the product area was empty so we were ready to leave with something else and make do, but David, a Home Depot employee stopped us to help. He answered all our questions, searched for the product we were searching for, found it, and helped us lift it. He was incredibly kind and helpful.

Staff is always friendly and knowledgeable. Products I need are always in stock with a variety to choose from.

Shawn in plumbing is fantastic, he has helped my considerably over the years on many of my commercial jobs, I have left many good reviews and he has not received these. Corporate needs to do their part. Shawn has done his for over two decades

I’ve been to many Home Depot’s in several states, and this was by far my best experience.

We recently purchased 3 LG appliances at Home Depot for a new home we just purchased. Dina at the Pioneer Hills store was very helpful during the selection process (two visits) as well as the purchase and explaining all the details for the delivery process. The process was easy, fast and efficient. Looking forward to Delivery!

Customer service representative Tim was an excellent provider of customer service. His knowledge of the products I was seeking was unexpected and the patience along with friendliness made it well worth the trip to Home Depot.

Our refrigerator finally stopped working after over 30 years (yep, 30 years) so when to the Aurora Home Depot to purchase a new refrigerator. Pleasantly greeted by Dina. She was very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly we almost didn't want to stop looking as she made it fun.

Horrible lumber department register. Nitpicking every quarter inch of board feet. Absolute worst . Forgetting to ring up stuff causing extra delay in a long lumber line not very courteous.

I shop this store on a regular basis and it is really starting to go down hill. I waited 30 min for a associate to assist me and another 10 min for him to get a rolling ladder. I didn’t have time to ask for a manager as I had a customer waiting on me. Is it write for me to charge my customer for the time it took for assistance???

I had 4 windows installed by Home depot. One arrived broken, Home Depot was aware but did nothing to order the replacement. I made 4 phone calls to find the correct person to reorder the window. The installer caulked all 8 drains closed. I had to scrape the caulk from the drains. It took 6 weeks to get the replacment window and that service person was the only one who was pleasant.

I hate going here. I don’t want to have to remember to bring my wallet. My Driver’s Lic and all of my cards are in my iPhone’s wallet (plus the state’s app)

Missing parts. Had to be a return that was reboxed.

I don't know what I did to deserve the employees at this store being so mean to me. Mandy just rolled her eyes and loudly complained that I dared ask her for help when it wasn't her section. Another man told me to go ask someone else for help and there was nobody else around. I felt humiliated when Mandy loudly complained about other employees while walking me to the customer service desk with the other employee who at least did try to help. Like I'd done something wrong. I didn't even ask if they could help, I asked if they could point me out to someone who could.

I was shopping for window blinds for my windows. The employee was very helpful and provided me with valuable explanations on the types of blinds that were available to select from. She also mentioned they have contractors that would come out and measure my windows prior to me purchasing the blinds.

This is my second time to use the Home Depot for my remodeling projects and I am very happy that I went through Home Depot. The timing and services are great. Use The Home Depot if you want your projects are done right.

This place has helpful and knowledgeable OLDER employees that are ready to answer your questions. Not disinterested 19 to 23 year-olds on their phone. It is clean, organized, and have the products you want on the shelves!

Employees were GREAT. They stopped what they were doing & helped me find everything I needed. Then went back to the previous jobs they were doing.

I placed an order long distance over the phone and had to have help with it. When I called to check on the order I spoke with Jerome in the Pro Service department. He gave me exceptional customer service each time I called. It was the best customer service I’ve received at any Home Depot.

The lumber manager and Chris were so helpful helping me figure out what I needed for pantry shelves. Chris was really patient and spent a lot of time cutting out my shelves in the lumbar dept. He helped me solve my shelving problem and I have exactly what I needed now.

I live near to this home Depot so I go there really often I never return things but recently remodeled my bathroom and I had to order a few head showers online since the store doesn't have a big selection, when I went to return the first young girl treat me like I was doing something wrong just because I was taking long to find the information on my phone to be honest that is not the way to treat your customers, Luckily Philip was there to save the night, he ended it helping me and having the patience of waiting for me to find all the e-receipts.

I just bought carpet, kitchen counters and appliances. Rosa in carpet is an absolute angel! She has helped us in so many ways! She always goes that extra mile to unsure we get what we are looking for! KUDOS to Rosa in the carpet department!

I went there to get some keys cut the machine wasn't giving us any codes or letting us read the keys. Bob put his knowledge to work figured out how to work his way around it and got the keys made great what a wonderful experience really nice guy very knowledgeable and helpful

Every time I walk in this store it’s always “sorry I don’t work this department good luck finding the person who does”
