I just bought a pallet of concrete in this store and the loader has no skills to talk to customers talking to me like he doing me a favor after he took to long to load me the pallet has nerve to come and talk down to me

went to purchase a big job box for an employees truck. couldnt get any help with taking it up front or loading in in the truck. another customer ended up helping me. too many kids with poor attitudes. even the older employees gave me attitude when asked for help.

I called and visited several Home depots before finding one that could help me rekey my lock. the employees at the Pin Oak location were so kind and helpful! Gary did a great job rekeying my lock with the added treat of showing and explaining the process. I enjoyed my visit! Everyone was helpful and had smiles on their faces.

Excellent customer service through-out the store. From the returns guy helping with my return on down to the cashier helping at check out. Happy

Stock was what the app said it was. Friendly efficient staff. They haven't moved stuff around in awhile, so I can find things in same place every visit. Staff communicating, they move people around to keep lines short.

The Houston area did not have the garage door opener I was looking for however this location had one left and David Curtis was able to assist me with it. Thank you!

Very bad customer service at this location. I have many bad experience here. The cashiers here have some problem, it seems they are not happy to work here as they always show their attitude, never say thank you for shopping and very unhelpful if we have any question. One lady even yelled at me who 8.5 months pregnant. I was shopping alone and needed her help for my purchased. She was so rude and when I told her that I was not happy with her customer service, she yelled at me in front of a lot of people. I called the customer service to asked for talking to the manager but they did not let me. They never reach out to me and ignore my voice. I’m so upset and disappointed!

We were in great need of several different kinds of light bulbs and were overwhelmed by the different choices. "Coach" Jerry sorted out our needs and helped us find what we needed.

My mother and I received outstanding customer service from Trey in the Lumber Department. I came in with so many questions. He spent over an hour helping us. He has the patience of Job in the Bible. He took down materials from the shelves so we could make some comparison. He helped us with the SKU numbers so I could submit an order online. I also received great service from Richard . He helped us with door frames. He provided me with his card to help out with an order. This was my first visit at this location. I will be coming back again. Super customer service at the Pin Oak loction

Rude, unhelpful woman in garden section. Stood there leaning on a basket telling everyone to do self-check out and said she was new so she couldn't help. What's the point of paying someone to do nothing? I didn't go to Home Depot to spend $50 and do my own self check out. Rude woman. Unhelpful.

We live 80 miles from the Pin Oak store in west Houston, but had occasion to shop there today. I wish we lived next door. All associates (beginning with the lot guy who drove a cart to my Disabled Veteran husband, and from Edgar in Lumber, to the PRO paint associate, to the guys in concrete and drywall sections, to cashier Nadine) were incredibly welcoming and service-oriented. Every employee we passed made eye contact and greeted us. Choose this store, if you are fortunate enough to be close by.

Contract stocker is not keeping boxes of nuts and bolts in bins on bottom as he thinks that customers might open the box (rather than buy pieces from the bin to the left if he kept both the singles and the box bins full). I would like to talk with a manager about all of the time that customers waste waiting for an employee to climb a ladder and put inventory lower so that it can be purchased.

LIKE STORE WITH HELPFUL STAFF

Uninterested, not helpful, and will argue and yell at you when they are in the wrong. Paint I would recommend, cashiers I would recommend. Lumber….. don’t even bother talking to anyone. Just figure it out yourself and don’t ask anyone to cut anything for you

They have directed me to the right shelf, offered cautionary advice, offered improvements on ideas, clarified what could be discounted in a professional and fair way, and did alp they could to speed check-out, every time I visited in 2022.

Statewide Remodeling which is a contractor for Home Depot, did a bathtub to shower conversion for us. The field supervisor who the manager said was new, did not know answers to basic questions. We would agree with the field supervisor on a course of action one day and the next it was changed and we would have to talk to the project manager. We could not trust what the field supervisor was telling us. We had 5 days of heavy stress during the project, which was not needed if the field supervisor and manager had provided correct answers the first time and better customer service. They did not seem to care that we were paying their salaries for this project. We will not use Statewide Remodeling again.

I can't understand how the Home Depot leadership can't seem to figure out the terrible customer service and associate attitudes that is demonstrated daily in the store. It always feels as they are doing us, the customer a favor, versus gladly doing their jobs. They lack leadership and training

The store attendant allowed me to sign up for military appreciation directly on my phone I was able to do it within a few minutes of being at the register. In the past I always had to go to an attendant for them to add the benefit but now I can do it from the convenience of my mobile app which will save me time and money in the future.

a young checkout cashier had an excellent work ethic and provided thoughtful service as if she owned a part of the store, and that her work mattered, either to do the best she could. or, to help make profits for the organization, or both; perhaps she did own some stock, or planned to.

Came in to get a power tool and battery and Mary and Katoria were incredibly kind and helpful with determining which item would fit the job best.
