Robert, S thank you so much for taking the extra time and effort to find the oscillating fan that was stocked in the overhead on an aisle that it didn’t even need to be on. You did not have to do that you could’ve just told me that y’all can’t find them and that we need to get with that department . But you didn’t you went the extra mile and that is so appreciated.

I went in for a sheet of plywood and needed it ripped. No problem finding the plywood and getting it to the saw. 20 minutes to get it cut after telling 4 different employees I needed help. The lumber areas was a total mess. Plenty of employees but more focused on moving inventory around vs helping customers or cleaning up the area. Two of the isles were almost impassable. One due to debris and the other because a HD employee lined up lumber carts such that the isle was impassable.

Horrible service at the paint desk. Took 45 minutes to mix 2 gal. Had 8 customers who came after me and left before mine was mixed. Horrible time management and customer management skills.

The credit phone line send the caller to someone in the Philippines. The credit was not granted for no clear reason. I as very unhappy

Love shopping at Home Depot to buy or to look I just hope I win so I can have enough to upgrade my patio

We checked out in the garden center. Diana was a cashier she went above and beyond in the polite department. Cashiers are typically welcoming, but Diana what’s a great conversationalist very nice lady!

I've been shopping @ this location since April 2015 when I 1st moved here & every time I go in the associates help me feel like I matter. Whether I'm renting a truck to do "Honey Do" work for my better half, working on be half of a client or even returning an item that is not worth of space on a shelf in the Home Depot I get in, I get help finding what I need or figuring out a solution to my problem & I'm back in gear going to my next service address.

Ms Patricia Sandoval is outstanding! She is extremely nice and understanding. She made our visit easy and fun! Love to have her in this location ( store 6808).

Had to make a quick errand which was possible thanks to the direction of a friendly cashier Keilani! She told me exactly where to go and the quickest way to get there. Everyone else seemed pretty friendly as well. Definitely will shop here again.

I had a great experience with an employee recommending what I could use to secure furniture during my move. He even demonstrated how to use them.

The last two times I've been to the Pflugerville Home Depot, the employees in the Garden Center have been less than helpful. Not only are they woefully unaware of how to do anything other than scan bar codes, there is no one there who can answer questions. My visit today may have been my last. When a new cashier couldn't answer my question, he asked a more senior employee who perhaps was supposed to be there to help him. When I asked why my plants rang up twice the price as the sign that was clearly visible from the cash register, he said there was nothing he could do to help me. He stood there twirling his water bottle and did nothing to help me and more unfortunately, passed on his lack of work ethic to a new hire. This coupled with the fact that I have to download an app on my phone to receive a veterans discount, will have me shopping at the other big box home improvement store even though it's a bit further of a drive.

This home depot nails it.

I have patronized this store for nearly 10 years. In the beginning it was GREAT!! This under the previous manager, Michael Reichert. There has been a steady decline ever since. I know this store very well and I see evidence of weak management everywhere, especially in terms of associate morale, out of date signage, unpoliced, contaminated product offerings, to name a few.

Jessica at Home, Depot in Pflugerville always has a smile on her face always positive. I can ask her any question and she gets me the answer.

Maddy offered to give me help before I even asked and stayed with me until I was satisfied. She is one of the best retail employees I've encountered in a very long time. Nice smile, very courteous, and enthusiastic.

My husband and I purchased fence paint and brushes to finish a new backyard gate we recently installed. I was very impressed by the expertise and confidence expressed by Bear (Mr. Dubua). His competence and kind friendliness but us immediately at ease. Thank you! He is a credit to your store.

I was having a good Sunday and went to pick up some mulch and rocks for my landscaping but when checking out Jessica made some unneeded comments that made me feel bad. I presented my Veterans discount QR code from and she made a very derogatory remark about it that stayed with me all day. I was still polite and said thank you which she did not reply and seemed irritated to serve me.

Fred is the best! He went above and beyond to help me purchase my washer and dryer, even helped me pick out better ones than I intended on buying and demoed them.

Customer service in hardware and home equipment is very poor when it comes to helping a woman. A couple of times I have been to that store lately a few of the men employees are to busy to help me. Or that tend to try and blow me off instead of helping.

Customer service is outstanding especially with Teddy
