We had help with our project (highly recommend Mark Vicari if you have any questions), were helped by many clerks with awesome, friendly, can do attitudes. When the clerk did need help, the manager came quickly and took over our problem immediately to follow up and resolve it on Monday. Sounds silly but THE CLEANEST BATHROOM we have ever run into at a HOME DEPOT - Thank you for that!!! Great job to the store management - obviously doing something right with these happy employees and we would drive back up there to use this Home Depot again!

I purchased a wet/dry Ryobi 18 volt vacuum and I have to say this thing is really nice. It has great power and with the attachments it is great for my camper and truck. Love this small compact vacuum.

I am so happy that the paint I had to have matched from small chip of paint and it was a perfect match.

While looking at appliances the sales person came and answered our questions quickly and if she did not know the answer she quickly looked it up and provided the information. All contact with associates was positive.

I purchased a gift card for Fathers Day and then there was no money on it. When I took the receipt to the store, they showed me where the card was used in Canada and we are in AZ. But they could not help me in any way, they wanted me to give the receipt to the gift card recipient and have him take it to a store to resolve. HOW IS THAT CUSTOMER SERVICE????

I love it everything good

I was shopping with my mother for floor tiles. R asked for help to get me information about certain ones and asked 30 minutes only for no one to show up and help us and we had to help ourselves. When we went to check it my mother kindly asked if they were open when your employee Melissa a cashier rudely and smartly remarked they are all open and proceeded to stand there and do nothing until my mom asked again if she should go to the register. She made a face to a man by her and he laughed when she had to help us check out which is extremely rude. Please work on Melissa's and that boys customer service and their attitudes. If she didn't want a job working with people and helping them out and answering their questions then she should have chose a different job.

This morning I left with a neighbor to go to the Home Depot. When I realized she was headed to this store, I asked her why —given there is a store much closer to our house. She told me she preferred this one, and when we got there, I could definitely see why!! Nearly every associate we passed in the store spoke to us. And not even just a greeting… But a kind a comment or a funny remark! And it is not like she and I are some smoking hot chicks… She is 80 and I am on the brink of 60!! it was literally fun in that store!! To make it better, we needed help in plumbing. Ed was super knowledgeable and really, really helpful! He took the product we needed out of the box to make sure we knew how to do the adjustments when we were installing it. He went on to give us a couple of tips about installation. His help was so thorough we were, unlike most projects, able to do this with just one trip!! This was truly a great experience!!

Everyone I asked help from was very helpful and courteous.

Overall, the customer service at this store is better than others around me.

Tom was awesome and actually gave suggestions on different ways of fixing my pipe.

The Hardware department is always well stocked and the people who manage this area seem to be above average in their quality knowledge and assistance when needed.

Has stuff to buy, great prices.

I have been shopping at this store for over 20 years and have never been disappointed with their products, employees, and competitive prices. It is just a great shopping experience for all your home projects. I wouldn't want to go anywhere else.
