Ms.JonTiya D. was flirting with my husband while she was helping him find an item. I understand friendliness because you’re in the place of your employment and it comes with the job title, but flirting with a married man? Is beyond me. Her writing ‘hearts’ on his receipts as well is unprofessional as well!

It is a bad look for the store when you have to search the store to find someone to help you. And when you do get some one to help, they are very limited in the area of expertise needed. That is a problem in all of your stores in Pensacola. Customer service help is very much needed and important and deficiency in that area is not very good for business.

I get all my flowers, plants and planters. Along with many yard decorations. Tools for yard and house..

We bought a hot water tank, and the associates helped us load it on the cart. They were so helpful. The cashier, Richard W, saw that we got help loading it into our truck. I wish more place had associates this helpful.

I was shopping for a chainsaw and I received amazing help and really useful advice on certain models I was looking at purchasing.

So happy to find my staff

Tried to purchase the tool on March 27; was informed the truck would be in on April 2nd with tool; went to store April 2nd to pickup tool; Not there; place an order for the tool, but had to come to the store to pick up on April 6th. Check with Service Desk and they said item was not there but in two other stores in West Mobile, AL, and Destin, FL. Ok what to do? They item would be in on April 8th; they must research and said they would get back to me. I doubt it. I asked why all this run around, can't Home Depot just mail the tool to my house? No answer. Yes, I am dissappointed.

Each visit to this location always includes a HD team member asking me if I need help. This location is my first choice to visit as there is another competitor nearby.

Every time I go in here they almost always have what I need, they are the only store to even carry my size air filter.

I am on fixed income and found .44 cents worth of pavers. I cannot believe my eyes! Thank you for making this product available at a low price!

From the time I first see the Greeter to the Ladies at the Return aisle to those at the Customer Service Desk I know it's a good day to shop at Home Depot! I've never seen a dissatisfied customer while I've done my shopping there, even in the Garden Shop, everyone looks relaxes and satisfied.

Jamia was very helpful and professional and personal in helping us find what we needed. And in processing the order.

Richard W. in the garden department took time to assist me with my purchase and provide additional information to ensure Inwas getting exactly what I needed.

I had a problem with a project I was working on. I went to the HD on Mobile Hwy to pick up some items I needed. The store employee was so helpful. Kudos to the store. I shop at this store because they have the best, most knowledgeable employees, and always have a great variety of products. Always shop here and advise others to do the same.

I came in to return some item however customer service person Cheryl was so rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. However I continued my visit and returned to pay for items and I encountered one of the most respectful and professional sales person whose name was Andria. She had a nice attitude and made me feel like a valued customer. Moral of the story one apple can ruin your business and a sweet Apple can improve your rating.
