When we needed to buy a new refrigerator the store employee was most helpful to provide the details we needed to make an informed purchase

I bought this because it looked helpful when I needed to pump up my tires. After use, I now am glad I did. The Husky inflator was very easy, convenient and helpful

We have been doing quite a bit of remodeling in the past two years. Associates always offer help. They have always been friendly,helpful and knowledgeable. They have at times went beyond the usual assistance expected and all seem to enjoy working there. Home Depot is always my first choice over other home improvement stores in the area.

Last week I had a wiring problem that needed solved. An associate gave me some suggestions. We got more than needed since I was assured I could return any unneeded items. I did that today and it was a pleasant experience.

I was trying to order flooring for my house and they were right there helping, friendly and very helpful

Looking for flooring-be sure to ask Tina for help. She is not afraid to go above and beyond to assist customers in finding the best covering for their floors. She was hardworking and diligent in her search and very enthusiastic about our final choice.

I have shopped at numerous Home Depots around the US. And this one is one of my favorite because of the quality of customer service provided. Knowledgeable and helpful associates helped me locate everything I needed reducing my shopping time. I really appreciate that.

Dawn at the service desk was very professional, helpful & went above & beyond to correct my issue with a prior assistant. Great sense of humor & very helpful.

Like every other Big Box Store, you have employees that do everything they can to avoid you, but occasionally you find that one person who goes above and beyond to provide you with help. After two or three employees did their very best to make themselves scarce, along came Pete, at the Patton Township/State College Home Depot. Pete is a man who provides a level of customer service rarely seen in these self-help stores. I found him in the Electrical Department...he's worth his weight in gold. Sadly I can't give high praise for the store because of the other employees who did their very best to avoid me.

I've been visiting the store over and over to get supplies and the service has been really on point and quick.

Unfortunately it’s not just your supply chain, it’s your Incompetent manager “Joni” specifically in your State College Pa Store. Additionally, when you have incompetent vendors that continue to ship the same product wrong 3 times in a row, I would think you would terminate that vendor, we do. Finally, to keep a customers money wether tens of thousands of dollars as in this case for over 6 months is unacceptable. You do have two staff member Parker and Lisa that tried to help but unfortunately as the manager above got involved it continued to spiral downward.

Tina and Denny and the 2 Associates who helped to load over a 1000 pounds of decking boards were very helpful, courteous and professional!

After the 2nd time trying an online order here I wound up canceling and getting it myself. The store was dead and many sales associates standing around.

Does not matter time of day or which day of the week Customer Service is Incredible! I cannot help but spend at least an hour each time I shop at Home Depot. There are always new things to check out throughout the store & someone to help answer questions. Employees are already knowing me by name same as from my previous state I have recently moved from. I am not sure what the hiring procedures are when applying for a position but I would think primarily Customer Service because there is No other business that I am aware of that can compete

Just bought my second bathroom vanity. I needed an 18 inch. There were only 2 colors / styles to choose from. Luckily I found one I was satisfied with.

THE SALES PERSON "MEREDITH" AT CUSTOMER SERVICE HELPED ME GET THE CHRISTMAS TREE I WANTED BY TRACKING DOWN THE BOX FOR THE LAST TREE THAT I WANTED TO PURCHASE. I WAS ABLE TO BUY THE FLOOR DISPLAY.

I had to pick up 25 2x4’s and went in alone to get them. The cheaper ones were stored above my head & the salesman assisted me in picking out 25 good straight boards. He was exceptionally helpful & got me out the door quickly. I was extremely grateful for the help!

My husband & I live in Philadelphia & are in the process of redoing the kitchen in a 2nd home we purchased in State College 3 yrs ago. We "lucked" into meeting Ken one day (pre-covid) & have felt he has been patiently holding our hands ever since, happily "tweaking" our plans.We ordered cabinets this week finally & are on our way to a new kitchen. Appliances & countertops are next! We're sure to be back soon!

I was looking for some lumber and this young lady named Keely , showed me exactly where to go in the store to get what I needed. When I came back to pay she was also my cashier. She informed me of a military discount that I should get, because of my time in the U S Navy. She was very polite and helpful I will definitely be going back to shop at your store.

The employees were all very, very kind and helpful and had the right answers for all our questions.

This store always appears to be clean and the staff friendly. I'm always working on plumbing projects at home and I appreciate being able to run questions by Jeff R. in plumbing. He always points me right to the products I need.
