Had a tough experience the night before at this Home Depot, but when I went back the next day, it was like a different store! LuAnn saved the day and Jacob was "the icing on the cake." Prior to my arrival, I looked up everything online to insure the items were in-stock and not only was everything there when I showed up, but so was one item the website said was unavailable. How was that for a nice surprise?!? I was so impressed I took the survey from the bottom of the receipt and hope to win the $5,000 sweepstakes. Thanks again LuAnn and Jake from the Park City, Utah store!

I just purchased a standing tool chest. I could not be happier with the whole experience. Derrick, the sales associate, was super helpful and I love the product I purchased.

I can’t believe that Home Depot continues to let this store operate! My last trip was unbelievable. I wanted a simple 4X8 sheet of masonite. To get to the one and only sheet left I had to move 3 windows that were blocking the rack, remove an empty pallet, only to find the last piece was damaged on the edges and had a fork lift tire track on it. The entire store is a hot mess and should be shut down and cleaned. I have attached 4 pictures of just the isle that I need to be in…make you own conclusions.

I have been frequenting this location for many years. I just returned for the first time in a while and was reminded why this is my favorite. Everyone was very Friendly and Ryan was extremely helpful.

Park city home depot is my go to! The management is superb! The employees are the best I know alot of them by name and they know me 😅 if they don't have it they will get it for you or help you find it!

All the time if I need something hardware or something for my home I visit Home Depot is the best

The man that the park city store has in the appliance department is no good. He needs an attitude adjustment, training,coaching, fired or all of these things.

The Cashier at Self-Checkout helped me with the card reader machine and said “Gosh this machine is more temperamental than my Cat at home!” Made me laugh. Always kind and friendly:)

Sam in Electrical was very friendly, helpful, and patient. The only reason for 4 stars is the lady at checkout was rude to anyone who spoke to her.

Kendric Watterson in flooring was the absolute best to work with. He made sure all of my flooring needs were met.

She saw I needed a cart and got me one. She also started ringing me up and then suspended it so I could get one more item. She was extremely warm and friendly. I will make sure to always pass through the garden department to see her from now on.

This is easily the worst Home Depot location in the nation. Incompetent and unhelpful staff. Inventory online v. in store is a complete disaster.

Dave (Garden/Fork Lift Mgr) - Amazing! Got us in and out with 3 pallets of mulch on Memorial Day Weekend. Craig (Store Mgr) - Great! Got us a rental truck when it was looking like we weren't going to be able to rent one because of a computer glitch. Followed up with me when I returned the truck to make sure we were satisfied. Both went over and above.

I found a great variant of plants and supplies in the garden center. Linda was extremely pleasant and helpful.

Great selection of plants and the the store was crowded. As the the product moves out the door they are quick to restock during the week.

Lisa in garden supply was very helpful when we bought trees for our yard.
