Guillermo in the paint department was extremely helpful, knowledgeable, honest and his customer service was top tier. He went above and beyond to ensure that our experience was pleasant. He advised us on what particular paint was needed and made sure we purchased the accurate paint needed for our job. He made the task of selecting a paint color, a pleasant and encouraging one. I appreciate this amazing employee and I’m thankful he was able to assist. We’ll definitely be returning!

I am utterly disgusted by the disgraceful behavior of Louie, the Lumber Department Supervisor at Home Depot. Not only did he disrespect me and my father, but he also had the audacity to lash out at the cashier, Annie. Louie's behavior was appalling, and it's evident that he lacks the basic decency required for customer service. It's appalling that someone like him is representing Home Depot. Annie, on the other hand, showed exceptional professionalism and empathy despite being subjected to Louie's aggressive behavior. She deserves commendation for her handling of the situation, unlike Louie, who demonstrated a complete lack of leadership, communication skills, empathy, and respect for both customers and colleagues. As someone with experience in running businesses and HR, I find Louie's conduct completely unacceptable. He fails miserably in fulfilling the duties and responsibilities of a supervisor. If Home Depot values its customers and reputation, Louie should be promptly replaced with someone like Annie, who exemplifies the qualities he lacks. I've spoken to Bill about this matter, and I expect immediate action to rectify the situation. Louie should be written up and demoted from his position, as it's clear he is unfit and undeserving of such a role. It's time for Home Depot to uphold its standards and ensure that individuals like Louie do not tarnish its reputation any further. There are a few more things I'd like to address about my visit. Firstly, while I appreciate the efforts of Annie, the cashier, in handling the situation professionally despite Louie's behavior, it's concerning that such behavior is tolerated within your establishment. This incident has undoubtedly affected my shopping experience negatively. Furthermore, I believe there should be stricter protocols in place for addressing instances of disrespect and aggression from staff members like Louie. Customer service training and ongoing support for staff members should emphasize empathy, professionalism, and conflict resolution skills to prevent similar incidents in the future. She should be considered for his position because promoting individuals solely based on their position without proper training and experience is dangerous. Louie's abuse of power is a clear example of this, and it's essential to put him back at the bottom of the company hierarchy to undergo the necessary training and gain the proper experience. Furthermore, considering how Louie treats customers, I can only imagine the nightmare he must be for his coworkers. Creating a toxic work environment where disrespect and aggression are tolerated only breeds negativity and undermines the morale of the entire team. It's imperative that Home Depot takes decisive action to address this issue and ensure a respectful and supportive workplace for all employees.

In this store there is always an excellent work team, especially in the return area when it comes to picking up an order, your staff is very friendly, always serving the customer quickly, thank you Supervisor Juan for helping me and being able to pick up my order on the day from today.

I found everything I needed with patience

Store seems to be well stocked. Plenty of employees just need to be more about customer's and stop pretending they don't see you.

I came looking for some holiday decorations and I was assisted promptly. I’m glad to have found most of what I was looking for given it’s so close to Christmas. Thank you to all the employees that assisted me.

I bought some sand today and the cashier Ana was able to help me out with my quote on how much I would need. she knows her stuff and is always very nice &polite. Pro desk is where I will be doing all my shopping now thanks for always being kind Ana!!!

I went in to get some few pumpkins for Fall my favorite time of year and these two ladies Michelle and Sarai were able to help me with my purchase. Appreciate their help and very friendly cashiers.

Employees did not assist in check out at the pro desk, they were standing around and unable to locate my pro rewards account with information I gave them and have given other home depot stores with no issues. Not satisfied with my experience at this store.

The garden center employees couldn’t walk away fast enough from me even while I was asking them for help on finding products. After I found the items all alone, the cashier was on her phone, did not greet me and at the end of the transaction threw my receipt at me.

Home Depot in Paramount is the best customer experience of any big box store in the area.

I bought 3 different kinds of blueberry plants and they’ve been looking healthy. They have 2 different vendors that carry specific varieties like Pink Lemonade, Biloxi and Star. They are doing very well and am very pleased as other HD locations don’t have these varieties or in such good condition. I understand that transport of items can damage them, but the plants here usually look better than other HD garden centers, and trust me, I went to 3-4 other HD locations to find what I needed as I know how to spot a healthy plant. Also, in the past the manager here really helped me out with a project since they didn’t have what I needed.

Young lady was very rude and considerate to her customers made me feel like I stole what I was returning told me that that's not on a receipt she scanned it three times on the third time she got it right and I told her don't you think you owe me an apology now you know what she told me no and I'm not going to apologize what person and customer service says that to a customer's I've been doing this for 30 plus years I would never.

Great customer service from the moment you walk in you are greeted and throughout the store I see employees helping customers like me, the shelves were stocked and floors were clean and free of debris. Will definitely be shopping here again from cleaning supplies to necessary screws

I recently went to Home Depot looking for new gloves for work and I was confused as I have not shopped here before, and the moment Bobby the Manager saw me looking lost, he immediately went to help me find and locate what I needed, and assist in questions for future upcoming project

My english is not that good, once i asked for a “top” for a plastic box, employee tried to say “it’s not called a top it’s called a lid” as he tried to educate me. Really disrespectful as a latin . Very unsatisfied with the service and employees took way to long to assist me

The customer service here is the worst. The cashier who helped my husband and I get a refrigerator literally looked angry to be helping us, plus the shipping company they use is even worst than the cashier. I was just yelled at and got insulted by a “customer service” rep over the phone. That reps name was Wendolyn. We paid everything in full, all we expected was to be treated with respect and dignity. Never shopping at Home Depot again.
