Usually I like to go to Home Depot a couple of hours before closing because it is not as crowded and so much easier to get around. The downside is there are not as many employees to help you if you need it. Also at times when you find one it seems to me like they are mostly tired, burnt out and just want to go home. Last night I ran into the nicest person l've meet in a long time. Adonis was so helpful and went above and beyond all my expectations. He was extremely knowledgeable and instead of telling me what I wanted was in some isle and there should be someone to help me, he walked there with me and helped me find everything I needed. So if you need excellent customer service look for Adonis.

As a customer at this location, you come 2nd! Don’t interrupt the employees grouped together because they are hanging out and deep in conversation. They don’t think they are there to help you, they just want to have a good time

It’s always nice to shop at Home Depot. The service I get there is always welcoming from the employees and they make you feel like you’re being taken care of which is always very important.

I have never felt so offended and harassed by a simple product return in this store. I WAS questioned as if I had committed a crime and was denied service until I asked for a general administrator. The assistant administrator who treated me is a person without respect.

I play the harp and I move it around on a special dolly, which needed new wheels. I went into this specific Home Depot feeling like quite a helpless female since I have no tools at home and was promptly aided. Even though the store was closing in 40 minutes, David from garden and Bravo both helped me find the wheels I needed and then proceeded to PUT NEW WHEELS ON FOR ME 😱 David was so kind and didn’t give up even the dolly is super weird. I definitely would not have been able to do this alone and they don’t know how much they improved my day to day life as a musician who has to move around a large instrument! Seriously, thank you so much!! 🙏🔥🎉

Best store to find anything you need

I love the Panorama City store. It's not quite as neat as some of the stores but it is much busier so I get that it's a little more disheveled. Some stores I have been in are not as busy as the PC store but are much messier.

I like the Panorama City store even though I one closer to home. VERY HELPFUL today, positive energy from the varied staff right up to the helper by the self check out! thnx.

Heidi the returns cashier is horrible. She needs to take some customer service training.

Ask Stephanie from hardware about a few items and where some items where located, Stephanie was informative, helpful and overall has a great attitude. Makes shopping enjoyable when there is great help like Stephanie.

further more the store is a mess. The cutting station in lumber never gets cleaned out and so much stuff is misplaced.

Adonis helped me from beginning to end & was satisfied with his help in what I needed. We need more people like him everywhere!!!

The staff was very unfriendly. The operations manager discriminated against me due to “past fraud at the store.” I tried to return some purchased products with the receipt to the store. I was told I could not receive cash back which is not true. The manager said it’s because a lot of people will return with a receipt that is not theirs. First off, she should not have assumed that was me. When I tried to explain the situation, she said “see now you’re changing the story.” I didn’t need to explain myself to her and even when I was trying she was rude and accusatory. I understand they want to keep fraud and theft low but to be so disrespectful and rude even though I have every right to get cash per their policy. “ Returns for purchases with valid proof of purchase will be exchanged, refunded in cash, credited to your account or refunded via The Home Depot store credit or e-store credit (“Store Credit”) as determined by The Home Depot. Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment (credit card, PayPal, etc.), unless noted in our Return Policy Exceptions. Returns for purchases made with a gift card or a Store Credit will be refunded as a Store Credit. ” The operation manager was not even wearing an apron so I don’t even know her name or if she even was who she said she was. Behind her was another manager named Beto who just watch this all happen with no input.

Everyone was helpful and took their time to help me. I felt that I was heard and offered support throughout the store.

I’ve shopped here since the store opened and this is the second time in over 20 years that an employee with a little authority bestowed upon them has insisted that I produce ID with the sale. Being a general contractor I have my clients card, I explain, even offer to do the over phone payment method, all to a stone faced no. Makes no sense whatsoever to have your freaking customers do self checkout and then randomly have an employee suggest that you’re some type of criminal and to cough up your ID. I went home, ordered online then drove back and got my merchandise out of the self serve locker. Two freaking trips, infuriating.

The chip reader is constantly acting up. The older machines worked better than the current ones. This particular cashier listened to my comment about the chip reader and thanked me for my patience.

So glad when I find employees like Adonis, who knows his product and is completely happy to help customers. Not all your employees act that way.

So glad that Home Depot has their own line of products. I bought their own brand of carpet shampoo for a cheaper price than their competitors.
