Last 3 visits have not gone well. Store is a mess, and good luck trying to checkout. Never heard of a retailer putting up so many obstacles in taking my money (Registers are plagued w/ long lines and malfunctioning credit card machines). I understand why folks, while in line, gave up leaving their collected mdse for purchase sitting there in the cart. Waste of time! Palm Coast and St Augustine stores are as untidy as I've seen at any HD in the past.

What a great experience at the back of the garden center. My 78 year old husband started to lift a bag of mulch and a nice young male employee noticed right away saying, "No, no, no. Don't lift that! I'll get it." He loaded 12 bags onto our cart and then into our car. We're very grateful. Awesome and pleasant service at Home Depot.

Don’t go to pick up anything heavy from the garden section before 8.00AM. The gates aren’t open and you will have to haul everything inside to check out.

No one healthy enough to help move 30 bags of mulch in garden center. No help from management

Woke up today to a leaking shower faucet and had no idea what parts I would need. Deana, from the plumbing section, helped and guided me through the correct parts for the project. She made my day!

I was not aware that Home Depot offered HVAC service that technicians would come to your house.

I was shopping for new appliances for my brother. The first time was a Sunday, Janine was busy (she was by herself) but took the time to help when I came back to purchase I made sure to deal with her Pleasant, helpful, and on target Thank you What an asset!

We purchased 4 new appliances and were helped by 2 incredible women!

Fantastic sale on Husky 62" Tool Storage/Mobile Workbench with convenient delivery options. Maria was great at Customer Service in helping us check out and arrange for delivery. We purchased it yesterday and have already received delivery in perfect condition.

I went to Home Depot to purchase some vinyl plank flooring and I found just the product I was looking for. Other home improvement stores had good product but much more expensive that was I was looking for. Mary Ann in the flooring department was very helpful and friendly and made some suggestions that really helped me. They also have a reputable installer. I am happy I went here.

I was in the store and the cashier, Jonathan in the Garden Center was extraordinarily helpful and accommodating.

It’s a joy always to go in that store. Everyone seems happy and is always willing to help. Period

I had questions and were easily answered by employees. The check out clerk Lucy was extremely knowledge. The manager was friendly and kind. The store was clean and neat, and stocked well.

Mister Allen S. From Palm Coast store has been enormously helpful and gone about and beyond to take care of my request. Very professional and excellent customer service.

Went to get 4 blocks lined were long. Adam at pro desk was sitting there staring at register screen. I said can you check me out fast. He says not if you don’t have pro extra account. Well I don’t have time to open account. So I go wait in line. Watch him sit on his tush staring at same screen for 10 mins doing absolutely nothing. He could have easily sent me on my way in 2 mins. Ridiculous to pay someone to do bare minimum and find any excuse not to work.

I would like to complement Lucy your representative in the Pro account Sales. Great customer service!!!!

This Home Depot has everything I need every time I visit

The employee who assisted us was very helpful and knowledgeable of the products we needed and made our buying experience very pleasant.

We purchased a home in the area and wanted to replace the flooring. We went to Home Depot on 9/9/23, made our selections and scheduled the installer to measure the areas to be replaced. The installer arrived on time and did a very good job explaining what would need to be done. Once we had the estimate for installation we went to the store to pay for the product and installation to get the product on order and move forward. From that point on it took almost daily visits, some lasting as long as 3 hours until we were finally able to pay for the product/installation on 9/23/23. Needless to say, without the knowledgeable, dedicated to customer service, and courteous staff (namely: Angie, Tamarua, Mary Ann Kirby, AG (Manager), and Maria Andrade we would have given up and gone elsewhere. I rated the experiences as 3 stars, only because of the employees that worked so hard to get our order corrected each time we had to return. If I had to rate the store on their disparate ordering systems it wouldn't even rate 1 star.

I bought Milwaukee tools and Pat from gardening and Ashley manager at front cashier, were amazing in honoring a great deal on the tools I bought!

I went into Home Depot yesterday looking for a washer and dryer set on Labor Day. Lucy was super helpful in appliances in getting my set up with a new washer and dryer combination. Thank you!

We recently purchased a complete kitchen appliance package from Frank. His assistance and knowledge of products enabled us to quickly reach a decision. He proceeded to quickly write up our order, making sure we got all discounts and energy breaks. It was great to work with him.
