I'm always happy to shop at Home Depot, very good appliances and is customer friendly

She need to fix her attitude she is nasty to coustomer

Need more cashiers or open up the self check out always along line be prepared to wait

Home Depot is indeed the place to get all your hardware and gardening items. Store is well organized and the staff are very helpful and the cashiers are very efficient.

The paint associate at this store was completely unprofessional and rude. I’ve never experienced an employee yell at me. Her attitude was absolutely unwarranted, we never had any prior interactions. We’re frequently at this location since this is the closest store in our neighborhood and we’ve never once had a good experience.

Yes I get some wood 🪵 today and the cashier hyacinth was so good to me. Lovely cashier.

Management is everything and Jose is a Gentleman. Jose is extremely helpful .

If u want propane make sure u clear your schedule cause u will wait over 30 mins

I visited the Ozone Park HomeDepot to purchase a tool to remove a hidden aerator. The floor representative in the faucet department went above and beyond my expectation. I explained to her what was the problem with my bathroom faucet and she quickly did research on her phone and was able to walk with me to the Location of key . She is definitely an asset to HomeDepot. My experience today with her compensated for the times in the past where floor representatives didn’t demonstrate any desire to assist.

The cashier Tanya was amazing & very well informed.

Recently just bought a flash light & others and i found out the store is little smaller than other branch.

Cashiers are generally helpful, and try to move as fast as possible. I am in this store often. Cashier that usually attends to me is Dorothy and she is VERY thorough. She misses nothing

For the past four months, I have been at the home depot shopping. On every visit, the customer service team have been excellent with either new items or item that I have purchased too much of and need to exchange. My backyard project is new and I excite about transforming my yard to an outdoor living space . I have been able to locate all items needed which include cement bags, cement rocks, windows and doors, landscaping items, wood (2x4, 2x6) and ply, cleaning goods, and tools. I am happy to report the Home Depot employees become partners who support the success of your projects. On one of my visits my husband and I meet an employee working in section 46. He was humble and supportive. You can tell he enjoyed not only working at Home Depot but helping others. He directed us to the needed items and discussed if any help is needed feel free to find him. Now that is what you want when visiting a store.

THE SOUTH OZONE PARK STORE IS THE ABSOLUTE BEST, WITH THE BEST AND MOST KNOWLEDGEABLE STAFF!! JEFF IN LUMBER HELPED ME SO MUCH. HE WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND CAME STRAIGHT OVER THE HELP. THANK YOU SO MUCH JEFF!!!

I am a regular shopper at this HD store and I like the displays of available items. Some employees are helpful but seldom friendly and generally not easily available for customer inquiries.
