Staff is friendly and helpful

We have been shopping at Oxford Valley Home Depot for a few years and their service and professionalism is always top notch. On our latest visit, Maggie Francine and Jason provided exceptional guidance and recommendations and made our trip fruitful. ABSOLUTE ROCKSTARS. We understand the bad rep big box retail gets but it's good customer service that allows such retailers to flourish. Thank You Oxford Valley Home Depot

I recently visited the store and got excellent service. Everyone was very kind especially knowing my husband recently passed.

The store has mature, friendly and professional salespersons.

I went to buy a singular item. The cashier scanned it twice. When I mentioned that she had scanned it twice, she ripped the item in half. Which was an impressive feat of strength. But also, insane. I went to return half the item and the woman working the register, the one with the smokers cough, was obnoxious and told me “someone probably cares somewhere”. But not here apparently. Bizarre behavior all around.

Manager Joe and Caahier Charlene were extremely helpful and professional. They went above and beyond to help me and I really appreciated it.

The managers at this store are here to serve the consumers. Their attitude is exemplary.

My purchase was Definitely a " Nailed It"

In general, the store has what I need. We are moving 250 miles away and have been getting moving boxes and tape at this store. This will be my last trip to this store since the moving truck arrives in 2 days. Good bye store 4102.

Derrick and Sam at this Home Depot went above and beyond to assist me with my purchase! Brian the manager was also helpful, attentive, and knowledgeable. I live in Jersey and will definitely be back to this store because of this experience!

I went in for a new washer, and the staff were helpful, friendly, and patient when answering all my questions.

I have been designing and purchased a new set of kitchen cabinets. This team knows their business. Every hand-off was smooth, the systems were well known (the good, bad, and ugly) and I was given good advice and support from start to finish. Really appreciate the team!

We bought siding and other products to go along with siding and everything was great.

The staff that was there at night was absolutely wonderful!!!! They were so helpful and kind, just seemed like they enjoyed working there and wanted to help! I find Home Depot to be overwhelming as a female shopper but Chesa, Russel, Judy and Noel made all of the difference!!! I had such a great experience I made sure to write down each of their names!

This store was a good store, under the current manager it has gotten worse ! Dirty store, out of stock items, too much stuff in aisles, Bathroom is a disaster ! Employees standing around talking, not doing anything ! I haven't been in this store at night for a long time, Need Management at night !

Purchased an air conditioner for my bedroom; price was very good !! They offered a large assortment! The cashier Samantha took us right a way a she was a delight to deal with!! Even opened an account so I will be back!!!

Special mention and recognition for Customer Experience Manager Russell Pellizzeri. I had an unfortunate experience involving a delivery of an entry door w/ sidelights that Russell resolved to my complete satisfaction. His professionalism and desire to resolve my issue was greatly appreciated. His superior knowledge and and concern for customer satisfaction should be followed by all.

Unfortunately my fist contact with a store associate was with Barry he was rude and profiled me which made me feel disrespected and very uncomfortable. I am a union electrician and Barry profiled me just because I’m young and Hispanic. I wanted to purchase a M12 drill kit with a phone sale so he held on to it which I understand, however, I also wanted to purchase a few bits and attachments separately. That’s when Barry said he needed to watch me pay to make sure I was not stealing anything. As we walked towards the pro services area I told him he was rude and inconsiderate. Once we got to the pro area Barry told Kimmie Jackson “take care of him first you need to get this guy THE F@$K out of here asap”. Kimmie couldn’t believe it and told him to watch his language and come down. She then proceeded to take care of me and made sure I felt welcomed and appreciate it. Thank God for Kimmie Jackson, she is the only reason why I would come back to this Home Depot. She was super friendly and kind. She deserves a raise!!! Kimmie turned my shopping experience from awful to awesome.

Wallet cash out. I had to wait for James to finish telling his dirty joke to his coworkers after he was done I asked him if I could use the military discount and showed him my ID. He races voice at me, scolded me like a child, and then told me that I should know that there’s an app out there for it and they’ve been telling us for four months he implied that my valor was stolen.

Store had ample supply of items I wanted. Store was clean and well organized. Staff were readily available to answer questions and/or assist.

This is the best Home Depot. Fully stocked, friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I always leave Home Depot laughing from my interactions with the helpful staff. Can't improve on that much.

I walked right in and was waited on immediately, plus selected a snow broom for my car, located just 3 feet away. Ms. Rose has outstanding people skills, a gregarious, polished, persona, and a super positive affect!! Great listener, as I talked a bit, but she's indeed a savvy employee, who kept the line moving, and completed the transaction with class, and accuracy.... It was a pleasure to have interacted with her. She's indeed a wonderful asset to THIS Home Depot.
