We went into Home Depot to price out a washer and dryer for when income tax hits. We were able to apply for a home improver card with $500 limit and purchased the washer while on sale. I didn't even know we could apply for anything but a credit card! Very convenient and only paid 89$ out of pocket and got the washer for $251 cheaper than regular price. So thankful for their help! Will be going back for the dryer once our income tax comes in, got the ones I WANTED too which is very important to a woman! Haha Here's a pic I got while in the store

Brother Cedric greeted me as I walked by and was very friendly. I asked if he could help me find a piece of wood I needed and he didn't hesitate to assist me. He was very knowledgeable and helpful with finding what I needed for my project. His customer service is top notch!

This store does seem to have a few small problems. Staff seem a bit less knowledgeable about how to do things and about the products themself. Additionally the care and stocking of the products seem to lack a bit also. I recently bought a fairly expensive lawnmower, I did get aa good deal on it, but think I would have rather got a ew lawnmower that looked like it was new. After getting it home, I found out not only was the finish faded, but the fiberglass has deteriorated to the point before I use it any more, I am going to have to refinish the entire mower, hours of work and another $50 worth of supplies. This is not the only thing, but one that sticks out too me most. I have been going to Home Depot for years for all my supplies and new to the area, but his store, while still better than other hardware stores, is not as good as the other Home Depot stores I have been to. I must say Tana our check out clerk was very friendly and a joy to deal with.

I love this HD store. It is always immaculately clean and everyone is always super friendly.

The employees at this store are so nice and helpful, they will help you research the product and get what you actually want. WITH A SMILE. That seems to be a lost art here lately, but not at this store. Well done!

I am at the end of redoing my house. Home Depot had every thing I needed and some I didn’t need but got anyway. No complaints what so ever. Highly recommended!!!!

We went to buy 3/4" plywood. From the moment we entered the store until they loaded our pickup truck, the employees were there to make sure we were helped to the max. I can see there is definitely a big improvement in the store overall. I don't know who the manager is but whoever it is he/she is doing a good job.

On this date (10/12/2023). I bought a top-load water dispenser to use at my place of employment, Pinehurst Police Dept.

I was shopping at the Orange store when a severe unexpected weather event struck. There was high wind, rain and hail. I drove my truck under the lumber material pickup area to get out of he hail. After a couple minutes I saw a store employee waving at me from the store. I was expecting them to tell me to move out from under the covered area. Instead I was asked to come into the store and gather with all shoppers and employees in the recreation/meeting room. It was considered a safe area for the tornado alert we were under. It was unexpected and appreciated. I considered it a step above and beyond. We were offered snacks and drinks! Definitely a caring manager and staff. Very much appreciated.

Great people and we’ll organized

The employee Kendra, made it such a pleasant experience. She followed me where to go. She got me help. She took me out. She got me help getting the item out to my car. Her attitude was exceptional.

We were very pleased with the kitchen design help we received from Paula. She was very innovative, helpful, knowledgeable, and patient with us during the design process. We ordered semi-custom kitchen cabinets and are very happy with the quality.

The customer service at this location is always top notch and unlike any other location I’ve visited. Always helpful and go above and beyond to be of assistance.

Brandy, Shontell and Kristy helped me get my military info into the system. They went out of their way to help and was extremely patient with me! Everything I needed was in stock and just a great clean store with the best employees!!!!!

The sales person (CDS4899) in the appliance department was very helpful in purchasing and setting up the delivery of our washing machine. Kiona was very helpful at the service desk with me using my new Home Depot credit card and multiple Home Depot gift cards.

The store is nice and clean the staff most of the time has been very helpful.

Was greeted by a Ms Shonna, she was the only friendly person in this store. Everyone else didn’t care to help and literally ignored us when we asked for help.

Went to get a couple pieces of pipe for my husband and I was in and out of the store in under 10 minutes. Tony is awesome.
