    Flooring Department Awesomeness
    The Home Depot Associate Morgan was a huge help and a pleasure to work with on deciding the right carpet for our home. He returned our call quickly when there were questions/concerns and he instantly addressed them. He made our decision to go with HD on our carpet and easy one.

        Great store Better Cashiers
        Best store in the area. Always clean and well stocked. Employees are always helpful. The cashiers at this location are accurate and pleasant. There are two cashier's that really stand out among the others,Brianna and Brittany. These two really make an effort to help and are they a real asset to your company. Whatever you pay these two double it. Thanks again. A+

              Great Customer Service from Billy
              Billy was very friendly and very helpful recommending the Fiskars 12 foot pole saw and even had experience using it. The store had it in stock and at a good price.

                Going downhill...
                I don't know what Home Depot is trying to prove, but they've made it so hard to check out unless you use a credit card. This is nonsense. Cash should be easily collected by them their self check out those two machines never work and if they do, they don't take cash, so there's no sense trying them and this Home Depot is cut back so much on their employees. You gotta wait in line for the simplest things, but if you're reading this, you already know that and have fun dealing with the problem

                      Purchased a Husky tool chest. It was in stock, but hard to get to. Jovanny went above and beyond the limits to get the item to my truck and load it for me. Awesome customer service!

                                    Home Depot has become my favorite store since I became a home owner. What ever I need I can find there. The staff is great management has been great making it a great shopping experience.

                                      Poor quality on and off switch
                                      Purchased a Solar spot with motion detect one home a place it out on the sun to charge and at night when I went to turn it on the push on and off switch didn't work, had to return it and purchased same model and it worked fine

                                        Poorly trained staff. Horrible customer service.
                                        Purchased a Samsung front loading, stackable washer. Was clear to the sales clerk that I was stacking it with an existing Samsung front loading dry. He said no problem. Completed the order, paid for delivery and installation. Took 1/2 a day off work for the 4 hour delivery window. 1 hour prior to delivery was called and told they would not do the installation, and would just drop off the washer. That was not what I paid for, so I called and canceled the order. Drove down to Home Depot and then was told they could not process the cancellation until the delivery truck returned that evening. So I would have to come back a 3rd time to get my refund.

                                              Every single time I go to this store I am treated like I am an idiot b/c I am a woman. This last time 3 associates refused to help me get a single piece of moulding to match what I needed.

                                                      Wonderful Appliance Specialist!
                                                      Can in home depot today at Marlborough Calgary location looking to inquire about a stove. We were greeted by Keyur Patel and he was wonderful. Friendly , knowledgeable, patient , and very professional. We were really happy to have gotten such a great salesman to deal with. We bought the stove and a microwave with his help! He should be noticed for his great salesmanship.....

                                                          I was anxious when purchasing and item that had to perfect measurements. There was one left and it was the display. Everyone was helpful, but did not know the answer. Nate saw that I was “lost” and asked me if he could help me. Nate was in customer service and walked with me to flooring. He got me all the answers. He asked me if he could help me out it on the flat cart. He then made sure I made it to the cashier and had a manager waiting to see if I could get a discount because it was the display and the last one. He made my experience pleasurable and I was less anxious then I walked out. I Weill always shop at the orange Home Depot from now on. I will always look for Nate because I felt like he was a personal assistant. I was very happy with the whole experience today.

                                                            Great customer service, I had to stop in the store for a few items to finish a job and was in a tremendous hurry. As I pass the return area one of the cashiers name Audrey, saw that but I was in a hurry and asked if I had found everything I needed. I just told her I was in a hurry and she dropped what she was doing and checked me out in the return area and got me on my way in less than a minute. What a D stressor that was. I hope all of your employees are train this way! Audrey is an example of what customer service is all about. I have received this service before from front and help named Judy and Pia…… It must be the training that the return desk gets your girls are above and beyond
