Although I eventually found what I was looking for, it would have been helpful if an employee would have asked what I was looking for. I passed several employees and it was almost like they were avoiding eye contacts so they wouldn't have to help anyone.

Diane and Shelly were extremely nice and helpful. I got all the items I needed and a smooth check out. I will be back.

Thanks Dan our associate and cashier who helped us. Dan is an expert and in customer service and has a great personality. We needed a thermostat and Dan made sure we had the right one and sure I knew how to install . Our house is now warm thanks to Dan.

I went to the Home Depot in O'Fallon, MO to get a new refrigerator and I was blown away at how nice the sales person was, the experience was, the savings were awesome, and I am able to get delivery on a Saturday so I don't have to take off work. I was in and out in 15 minutes and I got exactly what I wanted. Jessie Martinez was dynamite to work with!

Bought patio heater and really like it. We will be enjoying this fall.

We go to this store for just about everything. Everyone is always helpful when we ask for help and all of the employees are very pleasant.

My experience compared to recent visits to a competitor was like night and day! At Home Depot, I was greeted at the door by a very friendly lady who directed me to the area where I needed to go (so I didn't have to wander around for a while first!). Then Chris, the man who waited on me, in appliances, was wonderful. In listening to him talking with other customers and then to me, it was evident that he just cared about helping his customers. It was a great experience and even though I live closer to the competitor, I will being going back to this Home Depot.

Today I was purchasing several Milwaukee Packout products and when I was heading to the cashier, one of the employees noticed my purchase and reminded me to get the special Packout promotion deal for $1. I told him my items didn’t qualify as I checked the numbers. He insisted and went to the aisle, looked up the numbers and sure enough it did qualify ($49 item for $1). I was looking at HD item numbers and not the product numbers. Thanks to him seeing what I bought and stopping me, I was able to get this great promotion.

I find myself shopping more at Home Depot because of their special financing and personally a selection of home improvement products that suit my taste that the other brick and mortar store across the street does not provide. I have credit cards for both

This location has the best selection and super helpful and friendly employees who are ready to assist and load heavy items into your vehicle when needed.

I have never had a problem in this store and everyone is so helpful

No mulch available outside so they sent me to back of the store for someone to get it from inside. Nobody considered unlocking the door for me to load myself. You guys really need to get it together.
