nice people clean store

Every employee interacted with at the store was rude and unhelpful. The first lady that I asked for help was rude couldn’t help me and was acting very annoyed that I disrupted her inventory counts, and instead of helping me called for another employee to come to help. The gentleman she called over, was extremely rude and unhelpful. And then when I got to the cash register, not surprisingly after the first two interactions the lady at the self check out was extremely rude and making unnecessary rude comment in a rude tone about how to scan an item to purchase. Walked out without the things I need because the first two people wouldn’t help me find the actual item I needed and I even had the screw and not that I was looking for that. I brought from home to show them that that’s the size that I needed and they were extremely on. Interested in trying to help me find the exact one I needed and then the lady at the checkout counter was so rude. The only thing I’ll be back For is to return these random screws the guy handed me (nothing like the example one I brought from home) and never purchase anything from here again.

I purchased a kitchen appliance bundle and the salesperson was genuinely helpful with choosing the proper size.

This store and especially Grace (checkout) and Norma (carpet) is well run, has happy employees & has solved many home issues that I have had. Everyone is polite, kind, knowledgeable and helpful.

I stopped by the store, grab the items I was looking for, and use the self-service kiosk to pay for the items. The kiosk insisted if I wanted to get an e-receipt; I chose no and waited for the machine to give me my receipt. At that point, the kiosk failed to give me my receipt and ask for help. The lady there said that I haven't paid for the items. I said "I paid for the items, but the kiosk is not giving me the receipt". She continued to argue that I hadn't paid for the items and insinuated that I didn't know how to use the self-service kiosk. I said to her it's not my first time using the kiosk, and to stop arguing. The associated said to me "That's the end, I don't want to hear it" and she shush me. Her attitude change when I asked to speak with her manager. She said she's trying to help me out. I didn't want to argue, and allowed her to continue to assist me. The kiosk failed to provide a receipt a second and third time. The associate suggested using a different kiosk. I never had that experience before from a Home Depot associate; is this the customer experience I can expect at all Home Depot? Home Depot needs to do a better job training the staff in customer experience, and teach the associates to never argue with customers, and to never shush them like little kids.

Very god store and will Find everything in one shop. Staff is so friendly and professional and well explained about everything.

Very much liked ordering online and picking up at the store. Staff is always approachable and helpful. Did experience lack of HomeDepot staff knowledge on rare occasions; however, wouldn't call this a problem.

First time ordering Trex products. Percy in Pro services was very helpful. He made good suggestions and helped through the process. Very professional and made me feel comfortable-

Went in on Father’s Day Sunday for some gardening supplies I had a store credit from another Home Depot store and the manager said I could not use that here. Even though a week earlier I had used the same store credit card and had no issues. The manager Salysha was extremely rude and disrespected me in front of my younger sister and girlfriend. The manager cut my store credit card in half and said i couldn’t use the card. They attempted to confiscate my other store credit cards and refused to give me the corporate number. I came back later and spoke with Joe and Cindy who were much more helpful than Salysha who wouldn’t even give me a apology for being rude. Her customer service needs a lot of work. I am extremely disappointed to have to go through all this on Father day.

I checked out with Denise and had a horrible experience. She was either unaware of her demeanor or did not care. When I approached the register she was leaning with her arms crossed and did not greet me or offer to assist with all of the items in my hands. I had a hard time bringing a coupon up because of my WIFI connection and she nearly groaned while waiting then said THERE I TOOK OFF THE $5. I was embarrassed and will not return to your store.

This was a very pleasant outing for Flowers, Dirt, the store was spotless, shelves were stocked, employees were veery polite and courteous.

In these challenging times still, this store had ample supplies for the products we needed. Employees, YES employees!! were helpful and friendly. So many employers are short staffed, but not this store on the evening we went. Unfortunately though, the cost of our wood trip increased over 100% since we last purchased 14 months ago, but that was to be expected. It was still affordable compared to other stores.

Everyone is always so friendly and helpful at this store. I needed help in 2 different areas and the employees were quick and eager to help.

They went up and beyond the call of duty with my return and a defective product.

Even on a busy Sunday afternoon you can find great staff like Eddie and Yesenia who will give you their full attention, go above and beyond in locating items, and offer helpful advise all with a smile on their face. Will definitely come back to this location again !

The associates at this store were VERY helpful and made the shopping experience very positive. If you needed an associate you didn't have to search our wait for one!

Store is convienitly located for me and the service in the store has always been great. if i have a problem with my purchase they take care of it.

Great selection, great prices, helpful stafff!

The store is neat and clean. I can find almost everything I need. The locations listed in the website for items are always accurate and helpful. I have ordered items for store pick up and that is usually in a reasonable time. The staff is always helpful, especially if I show them the SKU #s and locations. I have noticed that they observe safety procedures to protect themselves and customers while working and providing assistance.

The store does not allow returns. Even when the items are no opened or used and the customer has the receipt.

GREAT STORE LOCATION AND GREAT SERVICE!

Don't go there unless you are a shoplifter or an ambulance chaser. They changed the lighting so some departments (paint/electrical) are so dark it is like being in a cave. Ridiculously dark in there. Bring a flashlight if you want to see the merchandise. If this is the new "green" energy efficiency give me the old "ungreen" system back. At least you could see something then.
