I go out of my way to shop at this store Alfonzo and The general manager Dez are a “breathe of fresh air” live this store.

Had promotion of a free Milwaukee battery with the purchase of select heated jackets. Store was out of stock on the free battery, but put another one on display with the jackets that was not free. Store would not offer to provide a backordered battery at a later date. False Advertising

2nd day in a row she helped me. She is great and very friendly!!!

Bad customer service and Store Manzger should be available or have a backup. HD Lumber associates were busy driving the porter machine up and down aisles with music playing. Told me they'd be back in 20 minutes. Cashier gave me band-aid with alcohol wipes for an open wound I suffered while shopping at this store. Maybe require basic First Aid 101 to all employees and get them 2 flyboys to take mandatory training. Store Manager Shamika was not on-site which is fine but at least have a backup.

A stellar review for Reggie, who works in the front end: I had a fantastic experience with Reggie at the front end. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me warmly and advised me to let him know if I needed any assistance. Initially, I thought buying a measuring tape would be straightforward, but Reggie's attentive approach proved otherwise. He asked if I found everything okay, and when I showed him the measuring tape I wanted, he went above and beyond by providing a helpful demonstration on its use. Reggie recommended one that displayed inches, and as he assisted me in finding the perfect one, I inquired about Home Depot installing fire extinguishers. Reggie directed me to the pro desk, where a friendly lady explained that Home Depot doesn't install fire sprinklers but does offer the materials. She suggested I could apply for a commercial pro account to explore commercial credit options. This was particularly commendable considering my high rehabilitation expenses, and a commercial pro account could potentially help offset some of these costs. I'm scheduled to meet with the pro specialist tomorrow, and I appreciate the outstanding service from the entire team. Thank you for your amazing assistance.

The Northlake Home Depot is THE place to get your fresh cut tree. Great selection and the service ( Thank you lot attendant Shawn) was phenomenal. Tree was trimmed and ready to go by the time I finished paying !

I have shopped this store over the past decade, and I can finally say that the store never looked better! The new Store Manager "Sean" seems more involved with the customers and has a great smile and attitude all the time. Great work on re-inventing this store!

everytime i shop here whatever i need is available and the associates are very helpful.

Had a small plumbing job and would of bought the wrong part if not for the helpful attendant present. He definitely saved me a trip and frustration. Appreciated that kind of service.

Lynn Reising did an awesome job on designing the kitchen for me. She stayed overtime(3 HOURS!) just to help me out! Had a great experience. So glad to meet such as wonderful person as Lynn!

She is by far the fastest cashier I have ever dealt with along with her positive attitude made my trip fantastic!!!

I wen to buy a freezer and a refrigerator last Monday. The sales person Yolanda helped us. She has a lack of knowledge on customer service and how to process a sales when you want to buy a product from the store and one that has to be deliver from the warehouse. I was disappoint to see her arguing with me instead of making a call for help on how to process the sale. She made to feel like begging for a favor. I know the store has better sales people. I think they should be retrain in customer service. If you do not know try to find a reasonable answer or call a manager for help. Like Yolanda, needs to help the customer not argue or unrespect them. This review is not destroy no one. It is to bring the good service.

THE STORE DID NOT HAVE A DISPLAY OF WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR BUT THE SALES PERSON, PAUL SALETNIK, HELPED WITH SHOWING ME THE PRODUCT ON COMPUTER. HE HAD KNOWLEDGE OF THE PRODUCT AND WAS ABLE TO ANSWER MY QUESTIONS ABOUT THE PRODUCT.

Customer service is a joke. Besides cashiers the floor employees walk past you without offering any help if needed

Our family has been shopping in this store since it's birth, following the tear-down of all the stores and residences. We are consistently happy with the content of the store and the prices. We've owned many homes, some were rentals. Virtually all the repairs, updates and gift purchases were made a the Home Depot in Northlake. I was particularly aware of an uptick in customer service the past few days when I began working on the yard. We've bought a new kitchen, carpeting, appliances, and many, many tools. All our needs for tuning up our houses comes from this store. There are seemingly endless runs to this store for electrical products, lighting, lumber, tools, hardware, more tools, bathroom calking and PAINT! We've purchased a LOT of paint! So, all paint and staining supplies come from this Home Depot. I can't think of a single department that we've missed. Oh, yes - fencing supplies as well. I believe we bought all new windows and doors a few years back,when we added a second floor to our home. Of course, I've purchased endless supplies for my very large yard. We've never been disappointed. our very large yard...I couldn't care for my yard without it!

The customer service cashiers, Jessica E., Anahi and manager, Alma, were extremely helpful in processing an order for an item I wanted. It was a busy night and they remained friendly, courteous and patient as an issue was resolved regarding the total. I can't thank them enough for their help and they truly exemplify "Customer Service". Home Depot owes you a very big Thank You!
