Purchased a SnowJoe log splitter 10/19/21, used for 2 hours before the steel guide on one side broke. Returned on 12/04/21 and was only OFFERED a store credit. Completely unacceptable that I can’t receive a REFUND on a defective product that was used for 2 hours. Registered the product for warranty purposes that didn’t expire until 2024 and all HOME DEPOT offered me was a store credit.

I was using the bar scan for the military discount.Now they switched to your phone number I have been on the phone several times about when they put my phone number in it does not register that I have a military discount. I also went to the pro desk and she went through everything called corporate to make sure all the information was correct when I left they said it was all set. Was in the store today same thing it says I am not registered to get a military discount so the cashier at checkout has to put in manually. They can't seem to get this straight. I meat to add also when I first called after explaining my situation I was hung up on twice the third time they sent me to Citibank which they have nothing to do with Military discounts. I am frustrated with this situation this military discount program has been screwed up since day one.

We were in to buy paint this morning and after we had gone to the counter and given a paint color to the person working there, we opted to check out a more cost effective brand and asked her to wait just a moment. The associate actually laughed in a condescending tone. It made me feel very uncomfortable and I had to ask my partner if they had heard it too. I will think twice before going back in.

The north Windham Home Depot is great!! Whenever I go there the people and friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Home Depot

Floor Specialist Matt Fensore , was extremely knowledgeable and courteous . We purchased carpeting and Matt took great care of us .

The employees don't seem to know how to set up a measurement for blinds. I put down $50.00 for the measurment. My file was sent to a design team that does not do installs in Naples. I don't know what is going on with my deposti for the measurment. So frustrating.

Everyone in store willing to go out of their way to help.

Ordering an emergency batch of treated 2x10x10s and bottle jacks to save a deck on a Saturday was no problem at all. Customer service had the knowledge and whit to bear with in store business and my phone order at one of the busiest hours without a 'hitch'. 2 hours later items were on a truck headed to the rescue. Thumbs way up guys and gals of Windham Home Depot.

Customer service, location, availability are all great, the employees are well trained. Brenda at the checkout always makes the trip positive with her great personality interacting with customers.

Feel like the cashiers are told not to use the veterans discount.

I always seem to find what I need at the Windham HD and if I don't, an associate is ready to assist. It would be beneficial of HD Hq to increase the number of associates and supervisors to better handle the needs of the customers. This lack of proper manning adds stress to the department heads and associates.

Not very friendly or clean. I needed screening materials to repair some screens in one of my apartment buildings that I maintain and there was rolls of screen up high but there were some missing in the section we could reach. The time it takes to get somebody to get things in that store is no longer tolerable so I just grabbed what I could use and then went to Lowe’s. I hate Lowe’s so that’s a very sad statement.

I went into Home Depot in No. Windham looking for 3 things. I found 1 and went up to service desk to ask about the other 2. The associate that helped me was Daniel, and he was kind and friendly and very helpful. Best experience I think I have ever had there.

We continue to go back to the Windham Home Depot because of the outstanding staff. Courteous and very helpful.

I needed my huge sheet of foam insulation cut down so I could fit it in my tiny car, and Dan from Lumber was happy to help, using my own utility knife and his square so it would be nice and even. Thank you, Dan! :)

All staff eager to help

I find that going into this establishment is very uncomfortable because the employees have masks on and I can't see there friendly faces or understand what they are saying. I would greatly appreciate if the mask agenda would be stopped and the home depot family would understand that many peir reviewed studies show that mask do not work and increase cancers and other respiratory issues you are creating health issues and unnecessary problems.

I was able to find the Dewalt one-handed reciprocating saw I was looking for, at a great sale price. What made it an extra special trip today was the staff working were overly pleasant and it was a delightful change in todays environment of overworked staff.

Lisa G. in the appliance department was very helpful and knowledgeable. It was a busy day in the store and Lisa took time to answer questions and place my order.

I bought a 34 ton log splitter and a cover and received excellent service with two HD(sales associate & cashier) . They were efficient and friendly and got a quick sale. The product was a Champion which has gotten good reviews.
