I had home appliances delivered. Each one was damaged. I refused the shipment, but they only credited me back 1/2 the shipment and i'm still dealing with this almost three months later.

Associates are not very friendly at this store compared to others. After i purchased some items i noticed that the return value is lower than the purchase price. Why is that seems like a ripoff

I brought power tool and I had a amazing experiences ,two words fast and friendly.

I found everything I needed at a good cost. I was greeted right away by an employee named Ron B and he asked if he could help me find anything. I insisted I didn’t need help, but later I absolutely needed help and he was there to assist. I was so happy with his customer Service. I’ll look for Ron anytime I come to this location. Very knowledgeable and very kind

Mike C was so kind, knowledgeable and patient in helping me find the right power tool. He even did a demo when I said I had idea on how to use the multi tool.

4 associates helped me - The first when I looked lost, asked what I needed. He helped me to the shop-vac filters. The second was working the paint desk and she still helped me find what I needed -- a shovel. The third man pointed me to MORE shovels, where I found one that wasn't on an end cap. The final help came at checkout - Rob reassured me I had picked out 'the best' / 'his favorite' shovel, and helped me bag my items. Great, friendly, helpful and respectful crew. Thanks!!

Home Depot is my go to for home projects. My last two projects were successful thanks to the detailed, friendly customer care provided by the staff, everything from calling customer service to checkout!

While shopping instore looking for items Ron. B the manager noticed me looking around he immediately asked if he can help me find anything which he did and item was a little damaged but he gave me a markdown as well very friendly i am also a former employee Drea from capital thanks!

Looking for a particular color to paint my porch railing. Brian in the paint dept was very helpful., informative, and gave good advice on the project that I was working on. I am so thankful for Brian's help.

The workforce in the store is always aloof and tries to avoid helping customers at all costs.
