I have done a great deal of business at the North Salem location. I have always found the staff to be professional, knowledgeable and friendly.

I do not shop in morning because the only have self checking I dont do self checking I don’t get a discount and I’m taking away a employee

During a terrible winter day when many stores were closed, this store was full of friendly and helpful employees!

Regardless of the cold weather, Tylee happen to greet is on the way in and when we returned he spent the time to make sure my heavy load was secured safely on the top o my Pacifica. I appreciated his vibe and helpful spirit. He went up and beyond for my family.

We have been shopping this Home Depot for 3 years, upon 1st shopping there and subsequent trips to follow, we were extremely disappointed in the vibe of the store and lack of customer service offered throughout the store. The past 3 months seems to have been a turnaround with seemingly happier more helpful employees. Very Refreshing !

I’ve been in several times recently getting things to redo my front yard and Jana and Phaysyly were quick to check me out but also friendly and shared their gardening projects and “want to try” ideas - nice break but didn’t hold me up 🙂

Very happy with the front door and accessories purchased yesterday. Delivered the next morning without a hitch.

In a store that caries 4 million pieces-parts, having a tireless staff that knows where most things are located, and can help me find the three I need, is priceless. My bathroom is still a work in progress, but I know I will find the items and guidance I need to go foreword!!

I’m happy I bought my refrigerator at Home Depot instead of at another store! I’ve always shopped at the store on Cherry Ave.in Salem for plants, lite bulbs, yard supplies, tools and it is always an enjoyable experience! Kudos to this Home Depot!!!

I HATE SELF CHECKOUT. FRUSTRATING to have two "cashiers" standing around watching the self-checkout lanes. If I wanted to check myself out, I'd apply for the job. I'll wait and work with a real person every time instead of interacting with a machine under supervision. Only one casher actually working a register. She did a great job. The only bright spot in this visit.

If you own a home it’s no doubt you go to Home Depot the juggernaut of home emprovement if your a maintenance person #1 tools ⚒️ I drive to Salem to pick up things because this store is always stocked and I live in Vancouver wa.

I came in late at nite and loaded up cart...Was buying 30 pavers and 10 bags of rock. Hamilton came up and volunteered to load my product in my truck. Very polite, respectful, and helpful. I Wish other stores had such nice helpful employees My cashier was great too!

Home Depot consistently gives poor customer service, front staff don't even begin to be helpful, it's like they don't want you to go there.

I installed the Delta Charmain faucet and the wife is super pleased with it. Im not a plumber by any stretch but I gotter done for the Mrs. Getting the old crusty one off was the hardest part of the job.

2 of the employees at home depot, Hamilton and cruz, recognized I was struggling with my disability. They made a beautiful effof loading my heavy items and taking them up to customer service. Once I arrived they had left a message for the cashier to call them to help me load it into my car. I was so grateful. It's a beautiful thing

I went to store to purchase a tree stand. HAMILTON stayed w me until I had item in my hand rather than poking me off in a direction leaving me to fend for myself. Store Associate, TAYLOR assisted locating item and spotted HAMILTON while they closed aisle down and got the item I had come for. They both showed true customer first efforts and I left happy!

My trip to Store #4030 was almost bust, till a pro customer service professional helped me with my project list. My shout out goes to Hamilton in building and lumber.

got 10 2x4x10. Checkout was fast and courteous. When got home I found that the 2x4'x10's were mismarked as 2x4x10's. It would cost more to load them back up and drive back to store to get correct price than I would receive back. Always double check labels against what you think you are getting.

I came with the idea of buying flooring for my bathroom. Not having much idea of what I was needing or wanting. Luckily, the gentleman working in that department was very wise. I am really happy with all his recommendations and how the whole project turn out. Thanks a lot to Lance in the flooring department and Jaycen in appliances who helped me with the paper work part.

I needed help estimating materials for a deck railing system. The pro desk helped me design a system using the deck railing manufacturer's design program. The order was delivered with the perfect amount of materials and railing lengths to expertly complete the project!

We went in to purchase our first washer and dryer and Brenda the sales associate on the floor that evening was very knowledgeable about the different options she made sure to give us all the information we needed to make the perfect decision to meet our family’s needs

Best experience..Joel was very attentive, listened to my questions an offered suggestions. He loaded 4 bags while my teenage grandson loaded the other 4. Joel kind of made loading the cart a game. My grandson was grateful for the assistance. At checkout, Kim and Loeus were friendly and we did not feel rushed. It was a perfect experience for me & my grandson.

I was greeted and directed on where I needed to go (moving supplies) one of ther employees Joel was very helpful and informative he helped me find an kind of obscure item (tv packing box) overall a very welcoming experience one thing i found started was there were no cashiers only self checkout which wasn't bad for me since im young and can use computers but It might be off putting for some older customers

Visited the store 4/30/2022 @3:45 pm and Nick was extremely helpful and friendly. Kudos to this store for working hard in hiring a great team and always looking awesome!!
