I will not use self check out until you pay me for the privilege. I am handicapped and usually check out at “returns” cashiers! These cashiers need some customer “friendly” training! They are paid by the hour, so what difference does it make to them whether it’s a RETURN or PURCHASE! I don’t self check to save THEIR JOBS!!!

Total RIP OFF, feel like they didn’t do enough

I needed it, You had it, I bought it.

Does Home Depot perform quality checks with their subcontracted delivery service? Why not switch carriers when there is an issue with a substandard organization. We were planning a party and now have to cancel because the delivery was postponed. We removed the old stove on anticipation of the delivery of the replacement stove and now we have to wait 3 days for the delivery.

Thrilled with help received in paint dept with finding the best product to do the job I needed. Saved me hours of time!

This store has no customer service concern. Everytime we have a problem and try to address it with a manager they act like you're bothering them and could care less about trying to fix the problem they just blow you off to someone else.

This store is excellent for tools and supplies needed to get the job done be it large or small. And it is the only store that I will purchase appliances from. Quality merchandise.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Everyone we interacted with made us feel like they were indeed happy we chose to shop at their store. This store had ample supplies of the products we were looking for and the assistant store manager we interacted with who happened to be stocking shelves at the time, went above and beyond to ensure we found everything we were looking for, even making several trips to the stock room to find additional items. What a pleasure it was shopping at this particular store. It was well worth the 90 minute (each way) trip we made to shop here and I am sure we will shop at this store again.

Came to speak with Reza about a door on clearance- I decided to purchase the new Anderson Retractable Screen door-- LOVE this Door- So easy to assemble. Thanks to the great employee, Reza was so helpful, kind and full of so much knowledge! I will be back to this HD-

My review is I ordered 42 80lbs cement asked for assistance. Mark the cashier was wonderful try to find me assistance as he seen me pushing 1760 pounds through Home Depot times two and then trying to get them loaded into my Ford F150. What makes it even better is that they were on the second shelf weren’t even on the bottom which was easy access. So as I’m soaking in sweat trying to load these all these onto my truck finally somebody comes over to assist but says oh I’m sorry I can’t lift that because I yesterday I got hurt so I can’t do anything really but why are you here then. Then a manager I think his name is Corey came over to I thought assist but just sat here and talked on his phone as I’m jumping up and down loading these onto my truck no assistance at all why are you a manager not gonna assist me I spend way too much money at the store. So I went home unloaded them then went back because again I ordered 42 could only put 21 in my truck because it’s not my truck. And again I was told when I would come back they would be upfront on a pallet ready for me to load them or somebody was gonna put them on my truck with no lifting involved. Well I get there there no in sight I walked down the aisle they are sitting on a cart all 22 of them not even upfront so again I’m pushing these through Home Depot already soaked in sweat. Finally I’m so fed up I go find somebody another cash register her name is Susie she was absolutely amazing she already knew what happened the first time I was there and I was like hey I can’t push you to the store somebody’s got a assist me this is ridiculous I need a manager. Well thank God it wasn’t Corey because we know how that worked out. Raymond came over assisted me got everything loaded for me apologized a ton as he could see me just dripping sweat from my face all over my cement everywhere I’m just soaked. It’s a Saturday so I wasted 3 1/2 hours at Home Depot looking for assistance looking for somebody to help me get these loaded glad I had a project that did not get completed because nobody wanted to assist at the store this is ridiculous so I need to do something.

The store is well stocked and there is always someone willing to help either finding or recommending a product.

The store is understaffed but the employees there are so helpful and really make the experience worth it.

I had a rough time figuring out this crazy remote for our blinds my husband and I are elderly & it was difficult. I went to HD & this worker named REZA ended up helping me he was incredible. Kind, knowledgeable, patient, and just an all around wonderful amazing helper. I left there and had the best day he turned lemons into lemonade. I went home and told my husband what an incredible experience day it was because I really did have a better day after that!!

Customer Service is excellent

Got great help in the lumber dept with cutting to size. Cashier was friendly and went out of her way to help Thanks HD!

The items I purchased were $200.00 cheaper than I've seen elsewhere, and much better quality.

Went and bought 20+ bags of mulch and the employees were super helpful, optimistic, and helped load up all the mulch for us even on a hot day. Christian and Justin were the two young gentlemen who helped us and they were efficient and positive the whole time.

I am a woman of a certain age that is generally invisible in retail, especially in home improvement stores. Many times I end up leaving because I can’t find anyone to help me. However, the staff in this store is looking for YOU to make sure you have everything you need. Special shout out to Gemma in paint who is especially kind to clueless old ladies

I bought Life Proof Luxury Vinyl Plank flooring and love it. We are in the middle of a remodel and have also purchased 2 new vanities, mirrors, and toilets. We are happy with everything.

Bought dishwasher, frig. Delivery company requires a bit of patience, but Home Depot staff were exceptional at each interaction. Can't recommend Eric (appliances) highly enough. Scott also was perfect in dealing with our upset over an issue with our appliances, and resolved it in a timely fashion both times.

Waited a month for them to contact me after placing the order for the wood floor and installation. They don’t call me I call them only for them to ask for additional test. Then today I get an email of a refund with no prior communication. How professional is this ?!!!
