Had Home Depot install flooring and local store incorrectly pulled stair caps from order saying they could not be installed as there was only one wall on stairway. Installer said that was a mistake and he installed caps on stairs then we were short caps for downstairs steps. Had to reorder and of course they came in after installer was done. Now trying to get order installed for same price I paid in first place. Going to have to pay for Home Depots mistake and very unsatisfied

Garden Shop had just what I need for a sympathy gift I was making for neighbor. Unable to find small potted flowers for a mix at other stores, but found at HD. They're healthy, and thriving. I found this lovely large pot and bought more flowers for my back deck. This tableau greets me each morning out my kitchen window.

Had to buy a new washer and dryer. Saved $500 on the pair compared other stores in the area.

Home depot will not allow you to return products for a store credit without ID even if you paid cash or gift card and have the receipt. They are not even able to explain why your ID needs to be in their database for this. They don't care about your personal information and take it to track you.

The help from the employees was amazing! We were frustrated with a plumbing job we were doing Mike and Charlie from plumbing walked us through it and showed us the parts we needed to but to complete it. The job went perfectly! Thank you Mike and Charlie!

Wonderful Customer service brings us back each time to the Normal Home Depot store. Today Kirsten was great at helping us make an order for a new fridge with efficiency and speed even after we came in expecting to buy one model and instead went a very different way. Very knowledgeable too!

I went in to buy some paint at this store location and a young man named Riley or as he's called John from the paint department did an exceptional job on dealing with me and other customers at the same time as soul paint specialist, he was professional acting, he took Extra Care on making sure the lids on the bear paint product was on tight before they entered the cart and not even ever having the lid off with those handy little hatches. But because of his scrupulousness and kindness, there were no complaints along the way, and also dealing with the PPG Representatives watching this all go down. I believe this young man and the kindness of a cashier named Jonesy should be commended,, and possibly rewarded with such a great feeling to shop at the Home Depot. Yours truly Lincoln Price

We visit this store frequently. It is clean and well stocked. The employees are always helpful and kind.

Brittany, in flooring, did a phenomenal job assisting us with our flooring. She made us feel super comfortable, she knew the products well and offered suggestions. She definitely went out of her way throughout the whole buying process. She definitely deserves to be recognized. I will definitely be telling more people to ask for her when they come into the store.

I bought this water heater recently. Home Depot had the perfect water heater with plenty in stock ready to buy and take home. Since hot water is so important this was a big plus in making my decision. The warranty was twice as long as a competitive make in another store for less money. Great value.

I bought a stove in February and just now went back to purchase a washer and both times Jeff helped me. I want to say customer service is priority here and that is why I keep coming back.

Self checkout experience tops all other stores. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Have noticed very big improvements from prior experiences over the years.. Definitely on the right track compared to its competitors!
