This HD location is the best in Tucson area. The customer service and product availability is top notch. And even though a “big-box” retailer, the Nogales, AZ location is run like a local, “Mom & Pop” store with the attention given to you.

I find the floor associates seem to be able to help me better than in some of the other Home Depot stores.

I've been a frequent Home Depot in Nogales customer since buying a new home about 18 months ago. This store really helps me, especially when I've got questions about a tool or job I'm working on. Their customer service is TOPS because they know their stuff, and if not, they find someone in the store who does!

Every time you go the associates great you and make you feel welcome

Jazmin and Sandra and Jennifer were amazingly helpful and went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service.

Most of the time we know exactly what we are looking for and it doesn't really matter whether we go to Home Depot or a smaller/mom and pop store. But if we need special help, the smaller stores tend to have that personal touch and time to share their expertise. It was late in the evening and Home Depot was the only place open. We lucked out and found Ken, who spent a good 30 minutes helping my daughter and I troubleshoot a home improvement problem. He didn't just direct us to an aisle, but patiently gave us advice and found all the parts we needed.

Employees are always positive and willing to help!

I buy lots of stuff at Home Depot, and for the most part, I'm very satisfied with the items I have purchased. But, when it comes to big items, Refrigerators, entry doors, and washers and dryers, I have to pause on that. Home Depot, I found to my dismay, does not stand behind an item if it is past 90 days. They don't even help you navigate through the ins and outs of dealing with a manufacturer. I guess they feel that their job was done when they sold you the item. Even if a product has a lifetime warranty, they have a don't talk to Me attitude. Contact the manufacturer. I presently have a $3000.00 item in a wait-and-see stage, that I don't feel very positive about.

I always try to find the same manufacturer items, because of batteries, there is always items available but I check over internet before, if not I order online to pick up. There is a good variety of items, and products, the only variety I want more are floor

WORST Customer Service STORE EVER!

With this store serving Nogales and Rio Rico just to name a few of the small towns this store has something the bigger city stores lack and that’s a smiling happy face there charm there may I help you even after there shift is over and there on there way out the door it just feels like , welcome neighbors kind of home place

I am very impressed with the employees in your store in Nogales, AZ...I thought your Appliance Specialist, Cesar Diaz is great and Jaime too. Both gentlemen have wonderful knowledge and customer service skills. Thank you...Also cashier Cici was great and the ladies that work in the outside garden department are very knowledgeable and friendly.

THE SERVICE IS EXCELLENT WITH A FRIENDLY STAFF. THE GARDEN DEPT. IS OUTSTANDING WITH A WIDE VARIETY OF PLANTS .

We have lived in 5 states and have done renovations in each and this is by far the friendliest and best Home Depot we have visited.

Was looking for some electrical outlets and found them without a problem. Almost always find what I am looking for, better than Tucson stores.

First time ever to the Nogales store and it's my future HD home. I'm 69 and it's the best, neatest, friendliest and most helpful HD I've ever been in!
