What a wonderful store. Definitely will return to the store.

Every time I’ve been there, plumbing supplies, vacuum, paint supplies, there has always been someone to help, friendly, genuine- for years. They find great people. Most recently I’ve been using paint supplies in my artwork. I will continue to get supplies they have available at that store.

As a contractor I typically go where ever is most convenient for the area I am in, however because the people at this location have been so helpful to me, I will go out of my way to shop there.

Cierra & her manager were extremely helpful and we’re cared about getting us helped quickly which we greatly appreciate!! Excellent service!

Daniel Fischer was Awesome. After having gone to the other place to find what I needed. I was not able to find it and I was not able to find anybody to help me. I was ignored and they gave me the wrong aisle number to find my purchase. But at home Depot Daniel Fisher helped me find what I needed and greeted me as soon as I walked in the door and my whole experience at home Depot only lasted me 15 minutes to go in and out and I got what I needed

We bought a new home and Home Depot has been our one-stop for all our needs.

The store is clean, plenty of employees available to assist when needed, and had exactly what we needed.

This week, I was fortunate enough to have my garage door opener quit working and I needed to find a replacement asap! I knew I did not want to mess with installing it myself so I called Home Depot to see if Garage Door installation was available. I also had NO idea what kind of garage door opener to get. I was lucky enough to get Roxana on the phone and she was amazing! She provided me with a variety of options and helped me pick the perfect opener! Thanks Roxana!

This particular Home Depot has alot of luck with employees. They assist and make shopping with ease . It appears that this is more than just a job. A lot places you go and you're lucky to get any help. I will always shop at Home Depot with satisfaction received. Thank You!

While for a couple years we did not shop Home Depot, I am happy to tell you they have turned their customer service around and is our go to place for our home projects! The workers are very helpful, especially Dan in doors and windows department!

Roxana helped me and my husband today as we were in a desperate search for a new thermostat as ours went out in 0° temps outside and having a chemo patient in our very cold home. She went ABOVE AND BEYOND the call of duty to help us out. All stores need a Roxana. I will absolutely return to this store because of my experiences there today. Thank you Roxana - you made me cry tears of appreciation due to your help and genuine interest in our desperate need for heat. You made my terrible day so much better. We are very grateful for you.

I had a young man literally walk with me around the store to make sure I was buying what I needed, was very patient and explained what it was and how it worked. Great for a female in a man's world!!!

We always found what we needed at the Noblesville location. The staff has been friendly and helpful.

NEEDED SOME COPIES OF KEYS MADE. EMPLOYEE DANIEL WAS KNOWLEDGEABLE AND FRIENDLY AND MADE THE EXPERIENCE QUICK AND EASY. AND THE KEYS WORKED!

Noblesville Home Depot actually know how to give good "old fashion" customer service. They follow through when you call the store. If you get disconnected they call back. They will actually go look for the product you want to buy so as to prevent wasted trips tot the store. Freaking amazing in this day and age

Employee(s) went above and beyond to find and quickly collect the outlets/switches I needed, as I was on a time crunch - very knowledgeable.

The sales cashier Brenda was so great and super helpful! Loved that she even payed attention to our son and made him smile!

I was in need of a new Christmas Tree this year and really wanted the Tik Tok HD Christmas Tree. I went to the store to make sure it was what I wanted in person it was sold out. So I have been stocking the website hoping they would get more. Finally I called and spoke with Dennis M. who advised he would look into seeing if they would get anymore in. I advised him that I would take the display if they would sell it! Thats how bad I Needed this tree after seeing it in person! After seeing the posts about not being able to get the tree I was pleasantly surprised when Dennis M. called me and told me I had a tree with my name on it at the customer service desk.

We purchased a turnkey installation of new vinyl flooring for our entry way, dining room, and kitchen from Home Depot. The experience we had from Home Depot was poor from the ordering and processing point of view. The installation from Crew 2 was excellent. Home Depot should have checked the flatness of our floor when they sent a person out to measure our floor (which we paid for) before quoting the total job. It was only found out during at the day of the installation that Crew 2 discovered a portion of our kitchen floor was not within the vinyl floor tolerance specification, so there had to be an expensive change order first quoted for $1,115, but they lowered this by only $100 after we complained to someone at the store. At that time, we had no other options but to continue the job and pay for the change order. Home Depot took advantage of us by this excessive charge, which delayed our installation by an extra 1/2 day, and put Crew 2 in a scheduling problem with their team. This issue did not have to happen if the person who came to measure also checked the floor for flatness so that there would not be a last minute surprise that caused a lot of anxiety on our end. The portion of the project was very good by Crew 2, but the overall experience was tainted by Home Depot by the issue mentioned.

If you need anything please go to this store. the employees go way out of their way to be so helpful. Its worth your time. We found that the other stores just dont cut it for customer service. The products we bought were in stock, no problem there

We ordered a refrigerator and it was delivered today. The men who delivered it were very nice and helpful. We received the item when they said we would. The person who waited on us in the store was very helpful.

The fact that the cashier Page BLATANTLY avoided acknowledging damage to product and packaging made me feel that her refusal for any type of a discount may have been “place what you will here” motivated. Either way she could have at the very least had a supervisor come and review my request for a discount. She needs to be retrained on customer service and not be so eager to tell someone no.
