I just got a stove from the floor and the lady that processes the transaction did not take care that the stove was cleaned as she said.

Although the store has probably has whatever your needs are, have yourself a list of items and be very familiar with the store layout and aisle contents. You will be watched while searching the aisles and not afforded any assistance unless YOU ask.

I am never disappointed when I visit the Newton Home Depot. This store has a very good selection and price range of whatever item I need. The departments and aisles are well marked and stock is orderly and clean.

The Cashier, Kathleen, an older woman, was very friendly, very efficient. Was eager to help and she did.

IRMA (appliances) AND GARY (plumbing) PROVIDED ASSISTANCE IN SOLVING SOME PLUMBING TOOL ISSUES THAT I HAD. BOTH WERE KNOWLEDGEABLE, BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY FROM A CUSTOMER PERSPECTIVE, THEY WERE PATIENT, ACCOMMODATING, INSTRUCTIVE, & PROFESSIONAL. THEY ALLOWED ME TO BABBLE ON ABOUT WHAT I THOUGHT I KNEW AND THEN PROCEEDED TO DIRECT ME TO THE PERFECT SOLUTIONS TO MY PLUMBING CRISIS. ABOVE ALL, THEY WERE KIND AND HUMOROUS AND EXTRAORDINARILY HUMAN. WHETHER OR NOT HOME DEPOT CORPORATE IS AWARE - THOSE THINGS MATTER.

I came in with plans for a DIY planter trellis and needed many pieces of lumber cut of different types. John from lumber spent an hour with me picking out all of the types of wood I needed and then cut all of them into the right sizes. He had a background in woodworking and gave me helpful tips and insight for the project. Although I felt very overwhelmed with the project at first, after an hour with John I felt empowered! He was a gem! When I left, James and John helped me load the car! A++++

Kudos to Esperanza and Jerry in the garden department, the help and ideas they give us to improve our garden,was a big help to me and my husband. Thank you!!

I enjoy shopping here so much I just love all the employees there're very helpful and friendly.

We have been shopping at this Home Depot since it opened. They always have what I am looking for. They haveca fantastic, knowledgeable staff as well!! Can't say enough about this store!

HORRIBLE! WILL NOT GO THERE

Kyle an employee at Newton homedepot seems like a very hard working employee. He helped me put a wood chipper in the back of my truck and I didn't have to ask him.

Great plants and supplies.

Went in today to purchase some 5 gallon waters to find out this was empty. On top of that we were looking at the phone accessories and had the cart in the middle. My dad was waiting. Your employee Kaitlin, instead of stopping to greet or ask if we needed anything. Pushed the cart out of the way and proceeded onward. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!

Sierra helped us find and purchase three big appliances. She took the time to help us get what exactly we wanted. We were in and out within 30 minutes. She made this experience so easy and Sierra was very nice. Thank you!!

Rich in plumbing helped me find all the parts i needed to fix my sink. He was extremely courteous, knowledgeable and helpful!!

I have a Pro Account at Home Depot. Customer Service at the Newton Home Depot, Newton NJ is at the highest level of customer service ! Never had a bad experience or an dissatisfactory purchase. From the Store Manager Susan, the Pro Desk Staff, customer service specialists to the loaders. Everyone there has Customer Service and Customer Satisfaction as first priority !!

I went in with my 12 year old son , from the minute we enter the store. There was a woman at the cashier that ran over to make sure that my son had one of the kits that they use to put together to teach the kids then we had a question, and there was a young man there by the name of Daniel that went above and beyond to help me and my son out, and never made us feel foolish about any of the questions that we asked, even though we had no idea what we were talking about and he helped us from the time we asked the questions until we left the store.

Customer service went above and beyond expectations to get my snow blower delivered.

I love this store. Everyone is so nice & helpful especially Mark in the paint depth. HE was so knowledgeable and courteous & very very helpful. Answered all my questions and left very happy & satisfied.

I had a good shopping experience and the employees were very helpful when I couldn't find an item I was shopping for.

Don’t even bother going to any other home-improvement stores in the area. Home Depot by far is the best and customer service and satisfaction.
