I love to go to the Newnan Home Depot. Every time I go there, they seem tohave what I need oris able to get it.

Since becoming a home owner we find ourselves at homedepot far too often lol. Every experience I have had in the Newnan location has been top notch. Today especially, we were getting mulch and an employee on the garden section helped us load our cart and decide on how much we would need. Our cashier Roger was awesome!!

I have several pneumatic tools and they have lasted me a long time. It has never failed to use a good quality product to help keep your tools working every time you need them and for years so you are not replacing them all the time.

I was disappointed when my dryer stopped working. Carrie and Missy were both so Great in helping me with my new purchase! 💕 It was Pleasant Experience and I got an Excellent Buy!

We had an excellent experience with Home Depot. We had been to a competitor and was very frustrated over the manager's lack of attention and failure to appear when paged to come for assistance and wanted us to come to him.

Had to pay a lot for a bulb for my security light, but it works and I didn't have to look for it. A store employee verified it was what I needed and I felt a little better bout the $32.65 price tag.

Always friendly staff to offer a helping hand. Quick check out as well. Rarely out of something I'm shopping for.

We have been trying to get ten cabinets for a small kitchen since Aug. 2023! It is Jan. 2024 and still not complete! If you have a year to wait before you need cabinets then this store is the place otherwise, RUN DONT walk to somewhere else!

The level of attention and customer service I received from Mia was a breath of fresh air, especially when dealing with a job schedule and time limit. The young lady treated my issue as her own, and was diligent in finding a resolution

There were plenty of Christmas light strands for every type of bulb imaginable. BUT NO REPLACEMENT BULBS FOR AT LEAST 6 TYPES. Very frustrating and annoying. Not very environmentally friendly.

Great Customer Service from Carrie who went above and beyond by helping me load heavy items, ordering online item for me, ringing up my items at her desk to expedite my exit, and all around very helpful!

I live in Peachtree City but drive to Newnan to order my Windows as the PTC HD Millworks has always been not so great. Managers Waldo and Matt are GREAT and Kenny in Millworks and Lurlyn in Flooring and both EXCEPTIONAL employees!!!

I have dealt with the garden department a lot over last 8 years. Home Depot consistently has the best prices. If not, they will match the competitor. The employees go out of their way to help me find things. They are knowledgeable about their stock. I love going to this store.

We went to Home Depot right before closing and had the best experience with the customer service representative, Tatyana. She was helpful, polite, patient and a rare find in todays “get me in, get me out” world. Great job!

Your rep in the back flooring area Jessica K was so helpful. We had a leak in our bathroom which started a tile project that we were not prepared for. She was so helpful and made getting all the items we needed easy. Thank you Jessica we will be back

This store needs more than one cashier for the check out process for self check out

Missy was so helpful and used her experience and creativity to come up with a great solution for a basement bar/kitchen I envisioned. She also made sure that I could take advantage of a sale that was underway. This is my second experience with the design center and I highly recommend!

Bridget was one of the most cordial, helpful, efficient and patient Customer Service associates I have had the pleasure of working with. After completing a home renovation project, we had a significant number of items to return; purchases were made on different dates, in store and online and some of the items we thought were purchased from HD were purchased from a different store. And trust me when I tell you, we were beyond disorganized! Bridget was helpful, efficient (in spite of the chaos we presented her with) and very patient and friendly throughout the ordeal! Because of her, I will always shop at this Home Depot location!

The Store Manager and Customer Service Representatives were great today at helping me resolve an issue related to a previously purchased product!

I can't recall ever having a day ending badly at my Home Depot store 0148. My cousin is a Vietnam Veteran and Home Depot business customer, and he is always thanked by your employees.

Zero stars for checking out. It appears they have completely done away with cashiers. They have 3 or 4 people standing at the front of the store doing nothing but watching customers struggle with the self-checkout. I say struggle because it depends on what you're buying of course but they're not going to help you out either. It just seems if they're going to pay people to stand up front at least one of them could act as a cashier.
