I had a great experience at the New Milford Home Depot. I needed a new weed trimmer and the sales person was such a big help to me in choosing this product.

Went to the store with a long list and they had everything I needed. Easy in and out.

Katrina was not just knowledgeable but very patient with my wife and me as we belabored over two kitchens, a bar and a kitchenette. She is an angel!

The New Milford, CT HD is my go-to place for lumber, hardware, paint and parts. Great selection, prices, and service.

The customer service team at the New Milford, CT store is incredible. I had a very complicated issue, and it was hard to solve, and Nicholas and the customer service team were professional, knowledgeable, patient, and courteous. In general, everything goes well when I shop at this store, but this one time, problems occurred, and that's the true measure of a business and customer service -- how are things handled when things go wrong? This team solved the problems, and I appreciate them very much.

My line of work forces me to go to Home Depot sometimes twice a day up to five days a week though I work in the city I love coming to the new Milford store because the service is the greatest and the store is the nicest

Good clean store with knowledgeable associates with a good old school attitude. Meaning they take care of the customer by finding out what they need when they need it and are willing to show you where the products are located

Every time I stop in this location, I am greeted with a smile. The store is clean and neat, and everyone is so helpful.

I had to purchase a microwave which was not easlly located and staff went beyond to help me. cashier was also very nice and helpful too. May be a smaller store but has a big warm freindly staff

MOST TIMES I GO TO HOME DEPOT I WOULD RATE THE 2-3 OF 10 LAST COUPLE TIMES PEOPLE HAVE CHANGED AND ARE SMARTER AND MORE HELPFUL !! SOMETHING HAS CHANGED FOR THE BETTER!!!

We went into this store for a return and the process was so easy. Employees were cheerful and helpful. Will be shopping here from now on. It is worth the extra 20 minute drive for me.

I am so thankful I went to this location for my washer replacement. The staff went above and beyond to see to it that I got what I needed and what really met my needs for a new washer. There was a glitch in the checkout process and they handled it professionally.

My last two visits to Home Depot were a pleasant surprise because I was assisted by an employee who takes customer service very seriously. Each time, I had a different question, and each time, Jack was the one who helped me. He was attentive each time, making eye contact and asking questions to clarify what I wanted. He spent time showing me products that would fit the bill, and instead of leaving it at that, he stuck around to answer all of my followup questions. If the answer wasn't on the package (e.g., when I asked how long the deck sealant will last), he went to the computer to see if he could find the answer. It's too bad that this level of service is so unusual, but because it is, I think it should be recognized.

The core team at 4878 is awesome! Keep it up everyone.

A wonderful employee helped me find several thing from my list. He even put a couple of 2x4's on a cart for me. Check out was quick and easy. Loading up, well not great. No one to help me tie the 2x4's on my roof rack, I am 63 and short. Several coming/going on break walked by with no offer of help.

We love this Home Depot because the staff make it so easy to find, load, and purchase items in the store. This makes shopping a true pleasure.

From the moment I walked into the new Milford, Ct store I knew it was doing to be a very good experience. I was greeted by a knowledgeable , polite greeter. He answered all my questions and pointed me in the right direction to get my shopping done. On the way out he made sure I found all that I was looking for. Great experience. I will say customer service used to be terrible at Home Depot. The past few times I’ve gone an employee named Jim H has been very helpful. He helped me find what I was looking for. When it wasn’t in stock showed me an alternative to buy. Customer service has gotten so much better at HD.

I was in a hurry and ask at the first employee that I see, and he gave the right direction.

Jim in the gardening center has a wealth of knowledge about Vegetable Gardening. He is really helpful and can answer a lot of questions and provide tips. He should give a class there in spring and late summer for gardeners. It would be an educational and valuable experience for veggie gardeners.
