This is the only store I consistently shop in where the employees always approach you and ask if they can help you! Not just a home improvement store, any store! I recommend everyone shop in this Home Depot!

We had a pleasent trip to Home Depot on Sunday evening. It was not too busy in there so the shopping was calm and relaxing. We also got great help from a staff member named Jeremy. He helped us get the air filters that we needed and lets us know about a sale that we were unaware of. He was so kind and really made us feel welcome.

We checked inventory for a shovel before going to the store. We got to the store and were told they did not have any. Jayden and Mike B continued to look and found the shovels. They were very friendly and helpful.

I'm always happy to shop at Home Depot. They have almost everything for homes and are very affordable, too.

I purchased a ceiling vent and a ring camera. Amazing customer service from the moment I walked in to the moment I checked out . All my questions were answered thoroughly and check out was super fast .

I was looking for some bathroom lightbulbs and there were so many different watt choices and different colored lightings and I was able to get exactly what I wanted!

I bought the Thomasville kitchen cabinets from the New Castle Delaware store. Mrs. Goshia I forgot her last name was so professional. She was so knowledgeable about what I needed so she made it so easy for Shelia (wife) and myself. I’m in this store at least 3 to 4 days a week lately because I have done so much to my house 🏡 I remodel the kitchen. The floors came from this store! The kitchen cabinets came from this store! The countertops came from this store. The ceiling fan, the light over the garden window! The receptacles, I painted the master bedroom ceiling is white and the trim. The walls are Royal blue. The guest bedroom is painted platinum with white trim. All done with anger paint! All done from this store! All the associates assisted me and they know me. Angie is a great associate! So is Doris!

We went into the garden center at the New Castle Home Depot. We were warmly greeted. Sally was the main person in the garden center and was also the cashier. She was amazing, she answered everyone's questions and kept the checkout line moving. She was knowledgeable and beyond helpful. Thank you Sally for making our day.

From the guy two guys in the paint department whose names I didn't get to Brianna in kitchen cabinets who knows a little about everything in appliances, to Gosia who went above and beyond and has the patience of a Saint, I think this is THE BEST Home Depot I have ever shopped in when it comes to staff. Only encountered one seemingly unhappy employee whose name I didn't get.

Home Depot is my Go-To store.The prices are right and I usually always find what I'm looking.

We spent a lot of time and money at store #1605 and the staff in all the departments were very helpful.

A neat and tidy store that is well stocked. Well suited for contractors and even had a lunch cart in the parking lot

Whenever I visit the New Castle Homedepot, I receive great support and service! My contractor business has expanded due to the consulting and assistance.

I had to search for assistance for any worker who was working there I had to go to the main desk and have the manager paged. He came to the front. He was able to help me a bit that was Brain but I had a good cashier her name was Emani who had me laughing by the end of the transaction the other cashier at the return . Desk noticed that I was feeling better after being frustrated with the lack of help anyone who is looking for a job you should apply to Home Depot specially, if you have skills.

Why offer a discount only not allow consumers to use them? It's bad enough that yours discount is so low but the internet is so bad that I could not use my phone to connect.

My experience was faster than I expected to buy a new refrigerator

I purchased a home on my own and am constantly working on projects around my house and yard; most of which I've never done before. The friendly and helpful advice I receive at this store is greatly appreciated! I'm amazed at what I have accomplished on own! Also, they have a great selection of products and are well-stocked.
